Prima appartement met centrale ligging Bd de la Croisette, Cannes,

Pros: Ideale ligging om de hoek van de boulevard de la Croisette in Cannes en het strand. Restaurants dichtbij. Groot appartement, ruime keuken en leuke zithoek. Gezellig balkon met zijzeezicht, op 3e etage, en zicht op Martinez hotel. Twee liften in de centrale hal. Appartement goed beveiligd bij entree. Prettige ontvangst bij aankomst met uitleg en sleutel overdracht.

Cons: Parkeren nabij het appartement is erg moeilijk. Straat is eenrichtingsverkeer. De harde muziek in de bar/club op de begane grond is op 3e etage avonds/nacht erg goed hoorbaar, ook met raam/rolluik dicht. Kwaliteit van de matras in de beide slaapkamers is erg matig; een topper is echt nodig voor goed comfort. Meer badhanddoeken is nodig en/of vooraf duidelijker communiceren. Schoonmaak in de badkamer kon wel beter.
