Le XV Cannes

Pros: I am extremely satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment is brand new, beautifully furnished, and the location is fantastic. It’s easy to enter the apartment, and the host is very kind ❤️

Luxurious apartment in the heart of Cannes

Pros: Beautifully decorated stylish apartment. Excellent location in the heart of Cannes with numerous good restaurants and shops nearby. Less then a minutes walk from the Croisette. Every amenity was provided. The hosts have thought of everything to make a very comfortable, luxurious stay. Jennifer, the host was a pleasure to communicate with. The little balcony was lovely to step out on and take in the views of the city and beach. Everything was just perfect.

Cons: We loved everything about the property. We were on the 4th floor, so lots of steps, but we did not mind, as we enjoyed the view from the higher floor. As it is in the heart of the city, there is some noise at night from the restaurants, but again we expected this and really enjoyed being so centrally located.

Amazing location, cannot wait to stay here again

Pros: This place is exactly what an airbnb / hotel should be, clean well appointed and extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the host and excellent amenities throughout. I feel bad taking a point off for the lack of lift and noise because this place is a 10. Will definitely stay at Le XV on my next visit to Cannes, thank you.

Cons: Shame the lift out of service, little noisy till about 12:30am due to surrounding bars and restaurants

Pros: Truly an absolute recommendation! The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean, and in a fantastic location. It’s fully equipped with everything you need! The staff is also very friendly and helpful. They checked in with us several times to ask if we were satisfied or if we needed anything. Very pleasant and personal service. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone. We will definitely come back!

Would stay there for sure but probably on the first floor :)

Pros: The colours, furnishings were nice. Cleanliness was very good.

Cons: 5th floor and difficult to go in lift for people who are claustrophobic. Was able to put suitcases though so that’s good.

Apartment is a NEW,clean, beautiful,modern,you have all what you want like in home.Location is a middle of the luxury center,the best restaurant and boutique, two tv and Netflix,kitchen modern and all you need,beds are so comfortable.Balcony perfect to rest and looking a beautiful people,perfect insulation-when you close a window nothing is heard.We stay with two kods and this apartment is perfect,close to see. We come beck.

Jennifer è stata gentilissima, la casa era super pulita e molto accogliente! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

Pros: È stato tutto perfetto!! Pulizia top posizione ottima, parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze.. casa molto ben arredata e attenta ai dettagli.
