Beautiful Renovated Studio with AC and TERRACE - Benakey

Our stay was pleasant. The building facilities and apartment were comfortable, but needs some improvements.

Pros: We like the location and the building. It was very helpful to have parking included. We enjoyed the aesthetic design of the apartment. Emilia was quick to reply and communicate with us. Julia did not respond to all of our messages.

Cons: The property needs updated maintenance. The shower floor near the tiles has mold which should be removed. Some of the bed linens had stains. The bed pillows were uncomfortable. The faucet in the bathroom is old and should be replaced. The balcony walls should be painted as they are stained. The balcony furniture is not practical. The cabinets throughout the apartment had many random items inside instead of being empty and all items being placed in a separate, conspicuous closet or cabinet. Some of the dinner plates had dried food on them and were not properly cleaned. The toilet walls have an obvious crack. The towels were very old and used. They should be replaced, as should the bed linens and pillows with new ones. The property provided only one set of toilet paper and garbage bags. They expected that we as guests buy more if needed. The property should provide sufficient toiletries. The kitchen had no tissue paper. Another thing that the guest was expected to buy.
