Pros: Does the job when we are in Cannes. Flexible and has all the things you need to make the stay a good one. Outside of the main shops and tourist area but only 5-7 mins walking distance away. 5th or 6th visit.

I believe this apartment is perfect for two people — the garden is absolutely wonderful.

Pros: It was our first time staying in an apartment not directly on the beachfront, but a bit further away. We actually really liked the location — it’s close to the city center, with shops and everything you need nearby. We lived among the locals, and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment has everything needed for everyday living. It’s not very big, but it’s quiet and comfortable. The biggest advantage is the garden — it’s a fantastic feature in summer. You can really enjoy spending time outdoors, and the atmosphere is very private. ⸻ The apartment owner, Jean-Claude Brams, and his wife Marie-Laure are very kind and friendly people. They were always approachable and responded quickly to my questions

Cons: A major downside was the sleeping arrangements. Unfortunately, the bedding was dirty and damp, and the pillows definitely need to be replaced. We already discussed this with the host, and he responded quickly by sending us photos of new bedding. As for cleanliness, we would have appreciated a bit more thoroughness, but we tidied up to our own standards.

My go to place in Cannes

Pros: We love it. Third stay here. Great location if you love Cannes but just want to stay somewhere off the beaten track but still ten mins walk from the Palais. Great wi Fi. Good choice of TV channels. Lots of kitchen equipment, large fridge, good electric cooker, two keys etc

Cons: Owners sorry but you need to change the mattress for the bed. I’ll text you directly. But I think that’s the one thing you need to invest in..
