Pros: We had an excellent stay. The location was superb, right next to the shopping street, just 2 minutes away from Boulevard de la Croisette and the Cannes Festival Palace. The bedrooms were spacious, well arranged, clean – highly recommended.

Perfect stay, clean, modern and good location. Recommended!

Pros: Location is perfect, 2 minutes to the train station which links you to all towns and 5-10 mins walk to the beaches and centre of Cannes.

Cons: Lots of stairs to walk up to the apartment and no lift, not a huge problem for us as we are quite young but if you were older I think you would struggle, the apartment is 4th floor of a tall old building.

Appartement idéal pour les moyens et courts sejours situé à 5 mn du palais des congres

Pros: L emplacement au centre ville, à 5mn du palais des congres. Il y a plein de restaurants et de bars à côté de l appartement. Les rues pietonnes et les magasins sont au pied de l immeuble. Situe à 5mn du port. On peut tout faire à pied. L appartement est propre et joliment décoré. Il y a tout ce qu il faut pour un moyen et court sejour. J ai apprécié les petits produits d hygiène, et l odeur de la lessive des serviettes. Les lits sont confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée. L appartement est tres cocooning, le petit plus chaque chambre a sa salle de bain. Une personne nous attendait en bas de l immeuble pour nous montrer l appartement. L accueil etait chaleureux et bienveillant. Elle nous a tout expliqué et conseillé sur les bons restaurants et bons plans. Il y a des parkings payants et couverts à 5mn ou 10mn à pied de l appart.

Cons: Il y a un peu de bruits côté rue pour une des chambres , ce sont les gens qui sortent des bars.
