Oltre le aspettative!

Pros: Appartamento ottimo per gruppo di 3 amici. Si compone di 1 stanza con letto matrimoniale con bagno interno (doccia con vasca+lavandino), 1 stanza con letto matrimoniale e 1 stanza con letto singolo. Tra queste ultime due è presente un altro piccolo bagno con doccia + lavandino. Infine all'ingresso c'è uno stanzino con wc + lavandino. Quindi è vero che c'è solo un wc ma è comodissimo avere più docce. Presente 1 solo split per A/C in sala ma l'appartamento è molto fresco e areato oltre che luminoso. Punto forte il balcone in cui si sta comodamente in 3 che affaccia sul verde e non sulla strada o altri palazzi. Molto tranquillo, perfetto per passare qualche giorno con amici con budget non esagerato!

Cons: Unici aspetti da considerare è che si trova un pelo lontano dalla Croisette (20min a piedi), niente di esagerato e si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore.

Pros: Wunderschöner Balkon inmitten von grün und Blick bis zum Meer, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man brauchen könnte , ca 10min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und ins Zentrum
