Confortable and central

Pros: Location was very convenient.apartment had all we needed for a short stay.

Cons: We would have liked complimentary towel change after a couple of days. Pool was also very small, we only used once

Love this place

Pros: We love staying here and keep coming back to this hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything you need, like the beach, grocery stores, and shopping. The rooms are spacious and it’s so convenient to have laundry facilities. The kitchenette is well-equipped too, which makes longer stays really comfortable. Highly recommended!

Cons: The only thing missing is a better gym or fitness center.

Pros: Studio is a good choice for a bit longer stay. The pool and room with a balcony was suberb during the hot days (over +30). Nice and easy to make cooling dips during the day. Sea, Croisette and main shopping street are close, convenient location. Everything worked well, and in case of questions or small issues staff was helpful.

Cons: Parking garage is a bit narow so you have to be extra careful if you have a SUV like us. Bring extra toilet paper, soap and shampoo.

Pros: Great location spotless clean and good value for money you have to pay a 200 euro deposit make sure you request the refund on checkout and you have to clean up your apartment before you get the deposit back enjoyed my stay and staff was polite and helpful 🙂

Good location, quiet place

Pros: Great location just behind Carlton hotel, 10 min from the Palais. Quiet and green. I read in some earlier reviews that there is no soap, shower gel, one toilet roll- wasn’t the case for me: basic toiletries were there as in any hotel/appartment. My room was big with a separate bedroom and two balconies, the furniture is basic but comfortable.

Cons: Very basic breakfast, very strange staff: they don’t seem to care if you live or die.

Overall, a very good stay with perfect location. Upgraded - but had to change room again.

Pros: Location perfect - friendly staff. Room(s) clean and tidy. Bed linen and towel service very good.

Cons: No changing or toilet facilities near poolside and had to buy extra towels for use at swimming pool.

Cons: ‏unfortunately, the parking the hotel provided was not suitable for our car, which was a disappointment. Additionally, there is usually only one staff member at reception, who also manages the bar, which slows down the service a bit.

Pros: Very good location, in the middle of the buzz of Cannes. Apartments were fine.

Cons: For people in a wheelchair: inform the management on forehand, which we failed to do, so they can avoid the apartments that have steps in the hallways.
