Pros: We stayed at Villa lion over Christmas . We were met by Ruby how gave us a very warm welcome . The house was decorated for Christmas with a beautiful tree, which was much appreciated. The pool was heated and very comfortable to swim in . The house was immaculate. We got Ubers to Cannes for Christmas Day . Over all an absolutely wonderful stay many thanks to Halle the hoast and Ruby who was extremely helpful and kind .

Pros: Great house and location. Big house with lots of space, great pool area and a well equipped kitchen. Both the host and housekeeper were super nice and easy to communicate with. Would 100% recommend, and would love to go here again!

Pros: The villa is very nice, clean, and great for a group or family. The pool was perfect for summer afternoons. The house manager was very responsive and checking in and out was easy. This is a great place to stay if you want to be a bit away from the crowds of Cannes.

Cons: Note that the villa is up the hill from the Cannes waterfront so you need to get there by car. The driveway to the villa is very steep, has a gate, at sits at a blind corner which is challenging if you rent a car.

Beautiful villa in Le Cannet

Pros: Beautiful property with amazing outdoor spaces. Poop was exceptional and house was very comfortable and clean. If you’re looking for a villa near Cannes don’t hesitate to book here.
