Great property for a visit to Cannes

Pros: Great location and amazing outside space. Plenty of room in the villa. The housekeeper Ines was very kind and responded quickly to messages.

We searched all over Cannes for a place big enough which wasn’t obscenely priced and this placed ticked all the boxes. W

Pros: Spacious with lots of options for sleeping arrangements. Well equipped kitchen and open plan living space with sliding doors to exterior. Very effective air conditioning, good pool and comfy shaded outdoor spaces which despite built up area is very calm, quiet and private. Nice BBQ, grill and outdoor dining area too. Very easy walk down into Cannes town centre (15-20 min) but small children and the unfit may find the walk back up hard going in the summer heat. Nice Gelato shop half way up though! Good boulangerie across the road.

Cons: Road onto driveway is steep and narrow so if you have a van or very large car it will be a bit of a squeeze. Note most car parks in Cannes area are 1.9m max- I guess to deter campers? Driveway itself is spacious easy to turn around on and secured with electric gate.

A beautiful house with everything you could wish for!

Pros: The property was spacious, clean and very well equipped, a real home from home! In a safe neighbourhood with a lovely patisserie and grocery store a few minutes walk away. Very easy to get an Uber into main town and walkable (about 20mins, but uphill on the way back) Good train links to Nice, Monte-Carlo etc and very reasonable fares.

Cons: The inside concrete staircase would benefit from a handrail… Swimming pool was too cold to swim in.

Pros: The house is lovely, spacious and in a good location. Ines the housekeeper is very helpful and welcoming. the nearby bakery is fantastic and offers a great selection of tasty treats.

Cons: only criticism would be that the plates and bowls need to be replaced as most are chipped.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt und gute Zeit in dieser Villa in Cannes!

Pros: Das große Haus mit der ansprechenden Terrassengestaltung und dem Pool war sehr einladend und wunderbar geeignet für uns als größere Familie mit kleinen Kindern (zur zusätzlichen Sicherheit gab es einen aktiven Poolalarm). Trotz der benachbarten Wohnblöcke fast uneinsehbarer Gartenbereich und sehr ruhig. Sehr positiv: die ausgesprochen freundliche, fürsorgliche Betreuung durch Inès, die alles bereit gestellt hatte, was man für Baby und Kleinkinder braucht (Bett, Hochstuhl, Badesitz, Toilettensitz etc.) und bei Fragen und für praktische Infos quasi nonstop erreichbar war!

Cons: Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft ist für größere Autos kompliziert (mitunter parkende Autos von anderen Anliegern) Nicht alle Schlafzimmer besitzen eine eigene Toilette (dann im Eingangsbereich).

Excellent séjour en famille dans cette agréable maison

Pros: - L’emplacement proche des commerces (boulangerie, épicerie, pharmacie…) - Proche de la ligne de bus pour rejoindre le centre-ville, gare SNCF - L’espace extérieur bien orienté (soleil la journée) - La pièce principale agréable à vivre en famille, les chambres spacieuses et salles de bains bine équipées - Possibilité de se garer devant la maison dans une cour fermée et sécurisée par un portail électrique - Ines très accueillante et très sympathique qui était disponible si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit.

Nos 10 ans de mariage avec enfants et petits enfants

Pros: Tout, la villa, la pisicine, proche de la mer du centre-ville, de la vieille ville et de l hôpital à pied pour les bébés 🥰
