Best ever. I'll be back again! :-)

Pros: My hosts were very friendly and helpful. This is the nicest stay I've had in Cannes, and I've been going to the film festival since 2017. Breakfast was incredible, but watch out for birds landing on your balcony table to grab your food (I was warned about a big seagull, but never saw it. I had one pigeon tip-toe toward my food, but I shooed it away 😅). My bedroom looked like it was recently renovated and my bathroom had a large shower with the exact shower nozzle that I want to install in my showers at home. Bed was high quality. I judge beds by the way they treat my back, and this one did not hurt my back. The room has a refrigerator and a safe. This Booking.com bedroom rental is highly recommended.

Pros: The owner is extremely kind and well-intentioned. The apartment has a fantastic view of the sea. The property itself has been tastefully renovated and is very clean. The beach is a 2-minute walk away, everything is easily accessible. Whatever problem you have, the owner Rémi will help you with everything, in fact you don't even have to ask him, because he is so attentive. We had my wife's birthday and our wedding anniversary on the same day. Rémi treated my wife with a bouquet of flowers and prepared dinner for us... I can only recommend it to everyone, we would love to do it again

Everything was so close and beach within minutes

Pros: We loved everything about the property. Rémi is very nice and welcomed us with open arms . Even it’s a shared accommodation, it didn’t felt like that much . The room has everything you need .

Séjour parfait!

Pros: Nous avons adoré notre séjour sur Cannes! Tout était parfait : l'emplacement était idéal, l'accueil de Rémi était chaleureux et la chambre spacieuse avec une salle de bain agréable, du choix pour le petit déjeuner... Rien à redire, c'était ce qu'on recherchait ! Merci beaucoup Rémi.

Pros: Es war sehr komfortabel, die Zimmer waren sauber und bestens ausgestattet – alles, was man braucht, und sogar noch mehr. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet: ruhig, aber mit guter öffentlicher Anbindung an die Innenstadt und andere Orte wie Nizza oder Monaco. Der Parkplatz wurde vom Vermieter organisiert, lag nicht weit entfernt und war sicher. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und gaben uns gerne Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Man hat sich wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Pros: Sehr gute Lage zum Strand und wenige Minuten zur Stadt. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet. Man konnte sich sogar Strand Handtücher oder einen Sonnenschirm ausleihen, was ich echt Mega fand.
