A perfectly located boutique gem in Cannes with exceptional hospitality and unforgettable charm.

Pros: The location was perfect—just steps away from the heart of the city, the beach, and all the charm Cannes has to offer, yet tucked away enough to feel private and serene. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible hospitality. Valerié went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless, from the warm welcome on arrival to thoughtful recommendations that made our visit extra special.

Very enjoyable stay

Pros: We were made to feel very welcome Our room was clean and comfortable The Villa was quiet and relaxing which suited us The pool looked lovely but was too cold to use while we were visiting

Cons: It was a bit of a walk to the centre of town and didn't always have pavements which was a problem for us as we had a buggy We spent quite a lot of money on taxis because we felt it was a safer option

Pros: It is a boutique hotel (under 10 rooms) with a pool area which is reminiscent of a serene oasis. The property is run by the lovely owner/ manager who genuinely cares about every guests stay.

relax stay with very private area

Pros: the owner is very kind, we also could use private parking lot and it is 7-8minutes drive to the city center by car. pet friendly owner gave us nice room with big garden & balcony for my dogs, and very quiet area. nice breakfast included.

Cons: though close to the city, but surrounding of this hotel is a bit too quiet and seems no super market, restaurant etc near this hotel...and a bit too dark for foreigner to walk around even after 5pm in winter...so you need to move by car always. (and Cannes road is very narrow in this hotel area...need to take much attn while driving)
