Pros: Very beautiful place with an extremely kind host. Direct access at the beach and just 10-15min from the center. We definitely recommend booking a stay here when in Cannes.

Great place to stay

Pros: The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The host is extremely friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. The villa itself is beautiful with cozy living spaces and is well-equipped, offering everything you need, including sun umbrellas. There is also parking available just in front of the Villa.

Cons: The rooms vary significantly, so be sure to choose carefully when booking. Please note that some rooms may come with shared bathroom facilities.

Pros: Paul is a very helpful and friendly host. The balcony view of our suite was stunning. We had a very nice sea view. The beach is just 5 min walk away. There is also a bus station approx. 2 min away from the villa

Great value for money, in a perfect location with a lovely host.

Pros: Paul is a lovely host and the location is absolutely perfect. The views from the shared terrace are beautiful and it was great to meet other guests and get to play the guitar that was available.

Pros: Paul, the owner, is lovely. Great location - even the non-sea-view room I booked had glimpses of the med past the orange tree in the garden. The bed was big and comfy and the room was cool without air conditioning. Good water pressure!

Cons: Nothing really, it was quite an early check out, but Paul was super accommodating about looking after my bags.
