Pros: We liked the garden with a pool. Enjoyed the calmness of the place. They have Amazingly equipped kitchen including a washing machine and a drier. The interior is cooled by an AC and a fan in the hot summer days, which is a blessing. Also the garage is very chilly so your vehicle won’t get overheated. Overall nicely and cozily furnished apartment surrounded by a terrace/ balkony with many seating options. Really recommend.

Great apartment, great location, very comfy!

Pros: Great apartment! very complete, with a huge outside terrace. The pool was great as well: not busy, clean, nice, enough space to sunbathe, although we used it mostly to cool down after a daytrip :-) It is located in a quiet area in the outskirts of Cannes, with a bakery around the corner. Oh, and you have your own private parking space in the garage! The bedrooms are excellent, airco in the main bedroom, the beds were so comfy! The kitchen is small but very complete, and everything was very clean, including the large bathroom. The sitting area was nice, comfy as well, with a smart TV, so if for whatever reason you want to watch your favoriet streaming service: have fun! Communication with Christiane (the owner), was easy and good, so no issues there either. All in all a great week !!! And we would surely come back! One night we walked from the Cannes Boulevard back to the apartment: took us 30 minutes, but it is easy to park, so I suggest to just drive there :-)

Pros: Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires eux-mêmes. La residence est calme. L'appartement est très lumineux,fonctionnel et très bien équipé. L'ascenseur et le parking souterrain sont appréciables. Nous avons passé un excellent sejour !

Pros: Die Größe der Wohnung war sehr gut. 3 Balkone waren vorhanden, so dass man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen gefunden hat. Der Pool war schön, es fehlten leider Liegen. Ingesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Pros: 3ème séjour dans cet appartement très confortable dans un très beau parc, idéalement situé .Christiane et son mari sont très accueillants. Tout est fait pour passer un très bon moment . Je recommande cette location .

Beautiful apartment, affordable, in a convenient and quiet location.

Pros: Great view, very clean, comfortable and inviting. Updated shower. Hosts were very welcoming and responsive!

Cons: Need more comfortable pillows for the beds. Also wasn’t clear how the AC worked, but didn’t really need it. There was loud music nearby past 3am one night, but it was otherwise quiet.
