great apartments with a great location and a good owner

Pros: Excellent location of the apartment, right on the embankment and near the free beach. The apartment was clean with new furniture. I liked that there were all the necessary toiletries and lots of towels. I was pleased with the presence of a coffee machine. Very good owner of the apartment, picked us up from the airport in Nice and additionally brought beach towels for us.

Pros: Our stay in Cannes was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was bright, clean, and very well located — close to everything we needed, and at a great price. The hosts were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home. The place had everything one could ask for, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We will definitely be coming back again! The only small thing we missed was a large mirror in the bedroom — but everything else was top-notch.

Pros: Petit appartement bien équipé (petite cuisine, salle de bain complète) très bien placé sur la Croisette pour visiter Cannes. La communication avec Jean David était facile et très agréable, il nous a donné des conseils sur la ville et a été arrangeant pour le départ !

Great place to stay. I'd come back.

Pros: The property owner, Jean-David, also manages the rental. He is very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Very kind and caring. The apartment is newly renovated. The building is across the street from Croisette beach which is fantastic, and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The apartment does not have water view, but the building is beachfront and very, very clean. I Highly recommend this place.

Cons: I liked everything.
