Pros: La localisation au pied de la Croisette est très appréciable. Logement très calme (cour intérieure). Équipement complet pour un séjour court ou moyenne durée. Logement et équipement neufs ou très récents.

Cons: Canapé convertible difficile à replier. Bâtiment du studio : construction légère, au-dessus de rangée de garages-box. Peu d’isolation phonique ; c’est ok si tous les occupants font attention, ce qui était le cas lors de mon séjour.

Pros: La ubicación , muy cerca de la playa , paseo marítimo , me encantó

Perfect for a traveler on a budget with simple requirements and a need for privacy.

Pros: Meeting my host could not have been easier. He was communicati ein advance, and accommodating as my flight in was delayed. He walked me in, showed me around, and everything was as described. The unit it small, but has everything one or two people could need for a 3-7 day stay in Cannes. The bathroom is small, and when the bed folds out, where is limited access to the fridge and closet. Everything was clean, modern, and easy. I stayed in summer, so the AC was refreshing, too. All in all, I'll likely be back again when my Cannes is in my travel plans.

Cons: The only complaint, besides being a bit tight, is the lack of curtains / window shades. Less so for privacy as the windows overlook a secluded garden and parking lot, but more so because the sun shines in early in the summer. Bring eye shades!

Pros: L’emplacement, la propreté et la gentillesse de propriétaire il était très flexible pour l’entrée et le départ.
