One-bedroom apt with balcony on Rue Hoche

A Great Property in a Great, Safe and Convenient Location

Pros: Location was great with amenities in same street and all around. A short walk from the Palais de Festival and while it's on a busy pedestrian street, insulation is fine and not an issue. Train station is on the parallel street so virtually, 200 meters away. Security/Safety is good and there is a lift in the building which was convenient as this property is on the 3rd floor. Garbage disposal was within the building so you don't have to run out and about to dispose it in municipal bins.

Cons: All was within expectation and nothing really major. (i.e. never managed to get the TV system to run - but not much of a TV watcher, so aborted the effort early. I would appreciate some hooks on the walls to make life easier and perhaps a couple of electrical extensions as electric plugs are not in convenient places.) One more thing: perhaps some small identification on the door to know when you first arrive (alone) which flat it is, as I did a self-check-in at around 8pm. I was also a bit unlucky as the lift broke down over the weekend but things like these can happen and this was repaired Monday morning which was great!

Pros: ottima accoglienza e location perfetta per le mie esigenze. ristoranti, bar, shopping a portata di mano.

Cons: cambierei il televisore perchè lo schermo era rotto. coprirei macchia umidità in camera

Pros: Posizione ottimale, letti comodi e presenza di aria condizionata

Cons: Cuscini scomodi, assenza di illuminazione nella camera, cestino del bagno non svuotato dal cliente precedente, maniglia della porta che si stacca

Ótima localização!

Pros: O apartamento é ótimo e bem localizado, próximo a tudo. Gostei, especialmente da sacadinha (balcão). O anfitrião, Sr. François, foi objetivo e claro em suas orientações, além de nos ajudar a conectar o wi-fi.

Cons: A iluminação dos cômodos é deficiente, principalmente na área de refeições. É um ponto a ser observado pelos anfitriões.
