Pros: Les volumes de l'appartement et de la terrasse, le parking, l'emplacement proche de la Croisette et du centre-ville

Cons: L'appartement aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement et d'un ménage plus méticuleux. L'état des lieux n'a guère de sens.

Excelente apartamento

Pros: Apartamento muy bien equipado, y de calidad. Estaba como nuevo. La cocina muy bien equipada y muy chula. La terraza espectacular, bordeando todo el exterior del apartamento.

Cons: Las gestiones de checkin y checkout son engorrosas. La gestion corre a cargo de una agencia. Las llaves se recogen en una caja exterior en la agencia Te exigen un checkin online, además de una fianza que hay que hacer a través de una plataforma. Hay que subirles fotos en el checkin y en el checkout para justificar que no hay desperfectos. Si no contestas inmediatamente te atiborran de mensajes, incluso hasta te llaman por teléfono.
