Superb location and comfortable

Pros: Location is superb, just a few steps away from the train station, the palais des festivals, the croisette and the two main shopping streets (meynadier street and antibes street). Pharmacy and supermarket around the corner. The apartment itself has everything you may need in terms of facilities. The owner was very responsive and very attentive.

Bright, stylish studio in the heart of Cannes Clty Center

Pros: The apartment is situated right in the beautiful heart of Cannes and still absolutely silent. We fully enjoyed our stay at this bright, clean, stylish and beautifully renovated studio, equipped with really everything you need. What we also appreciated was the crystal clear explanation with pictures, which we received prior to arrival. It was as easy as can be to find the way to the apartment and to understand how to get in. The train station and Marché Fortville, the old harbour, Suquet, the Casino, .. everything is very close! Difficult to find a better location to stay in Cannes.

Un petit appartement sympa pour un séjour à Cannes

Pros: J'ai aimé l'ensemble des petites choses à disposition dans l'appartement qui ont permis de se sentir comme chez soi (gel douche, sel poivre mais également café, des mouchoirs, des protections périodiques... et un paquet de gâteaux gentiment offert). Merci !

Cons: Il y avait un bruit de ventilation dans l'appartement et la chambre donnant sur la rue, parfois ce n'était pas très calme. Mais avec des bouchons d'oreilles c'était parfait.

Très bon rapport qualité prix dans l'hyper centre de Cannes

Pros: Emplacement parfait proche du palais des festivals, appartement très propre et bien équipé ! Et un accueil soigné.

Très pratique et bien équipé

Pros: Proximité de la gare, la Clim, très bien équipé et la propriétaire très très gentille

Cons: La porte partagé entre les toilettes et la salle de bains

Pros: L'appartement était calme et propre, tout comme l'immeuble. Un cadre agréable et bien entretenu.

Cons: Au moment du check-in, l'hôte n'était pas au courant de notre réservation et n'était pas prête à accueillir des visiteurs. Il est donc recommandé de contacter l'hôte après avoir fait une réservation pour garantir un check-in à temps. Bien que l'hôte soit loin, elle s'est déplacée pour préparer le studio. Nous avons pu faire le check-in, mais avec un certain retard.

Insgesamt super, Nachteile durch Lage u P/L-Verhältnis mehr als wett gemacht.

Pros: TOP Lage, tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, viel Platz!

Cons: Hätte etwas sauberer sein können.
