Nice and spacous

Pros: The location of the building is very convenient and only 5-8mins to the center by car. Easy to find free parking spots near by as well. There is also a huge supermarket around the corner(2-min walk). The apartment we had was big spacous with big balcany and well equipped with kitchen appliances and tableware (no microwave though). The master bedroom bed was comfy and has bath tub. The host prepared a cute little goodies tray on our arrival (cookies, coffee, tea, bread, milk etc.) It was very well thought of. The host Mr.Authur was polite and very attentive to responding his messages when we need assistance with something or any questions regarding our stay. The pickup and drop-off key went smoothly. The instruction was clear and easy.

Cons: The bathroom, toilet and kitchen were clean but the floor were not clean at this time. The cleaner should pay more attention to it too perhaps and the sofabed was not very comfortable and not enough beddings for the number of ppl we booked for. otherwise we had a good stay. With mentioned issues so rated this stay at an 8 but if without those I would have rated a 9.5.

Séjour très agréable et appartement que je relouerai à nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour à Cannes

Pros: Idéalement situé près du centre de Cannes, mais néanmoins au calme et dans la verdure. Tout confort et accueil et suivis très chaleureux Très à l'écoute des besoins des locataires et proposant même des services supplémentaires gratuitement comme le parking fermé.
