Great location

Pros: Great location: only a 3-minute walk to the beach, with the old town and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is not very large, but the location is perfect, and we spent little time inside anyway.

Amazing!

Pros: Everything was amazing! The communication was very good, the key code was handy and easy, and the property was cosy and beautiful, clean and have a great location.

Great place for a few nights, location couldn’t be better.

Pros: Brilliant location, close to everything we needed and lovely bakery on the road.

Cons: Very few complaints, worth noting it’s a handheld shower and if you’re tall the mezzanine level might be a bit cramped, but otherwise great.

Pros: The location was amazing. The studio was small but everything was very well organised and we were so happy staying at the place.

Pros: We arrived early morning and apartment was ready by 1pm instead of 3pm, easy check-in and check out, very good location

Fantastic location and really lovely apartment that was a really good size.

Pros: The location of this apartment is fantastic and it was larger than I expected from the pictures. A really good size for the centre of Cannes at this price. There was still plenty of space even with the sofa bed out and it was nice to have a table that all three of us could easily sit at. It looked really good and had everything we needed. We would very happily stay here again.

Cons: Booking.com says that check out is at 10:30 but at 10:10 the doorbell rang to make sure we were leaving. We should not have been disturbed before 10:30 if that is the check out time.

Fantastic stay in a great studio flat!

Pros: Fantastic location! Right in the center of the city & within easy walking distance of the Palais.

Pros: The place is really comfy, clean and close to the city center and beach. The staff is really responsive to all the questions. Parking place is also close, only ~4 min. walk from the apartment, which is also nice. Everything is great, recommended!

Pros: it was clean & very good location. had aircon too which was great whilst getting ready!

Cons: small negative was that although it had air con it was still quite warm when you were sleeping as your bed is raised and doesn’t really feel air con.

Pros: Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, nur 3min zu Fuß vom Strand und in einer ruhigen Straße. Es ist ein Altbau, aber die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Rolladen am Fenster. Der Host war sehr freundlich und hat Fragen umgehend beantwortet.

Cons: Das Apartment wird zwischendurch nicht gereinigt. Also Handtücher waschen (Waschsalon ist in Laufweite), Toilettenpapier besorgen und etwas sauber machen muss man evtl. selber, Ausstattung ist aber da.
