Cons: Quite a climb up the stairs to reach the property and difficult to tell the difference between a light switch and a doorbell! Fine for us, but may be a challenge for some. The property is simply perfect for a couple, but as friends not sharing a room the loft with two single beds was unusable. You have to climb a drop down ladder and it really doesn’t feel safe or comfortable up there. Fortunately there is a comfortable sofa bed which we used but I would suggest the loft should not be listed as a bedroom.

Pros: The apartment is amazingly located for the restaurants of the old town and has lovely views of Place Suquet and over the rooftops.

Cons: Quite a lot of stairs to climb - it’s on the third floor. And the ladder to access the second bedroom requires some agility. The ceiling height of the second bedroom is very low too - best for children. We used the sofa bed in the living room, which was very comfortable.

Cons: Juste un point de vigilance la « deuxième » chambre est en mezzanine et on doit passer par la première chambre pour y accéder. Donc très bien pour une famille avec jeunes enfants car mezzanine bas de plafond et moins pratique pour deux collègues mais ça se fait bien aussi. Également, la salle de bain n’a pas de chauffage donc en temps hivernal c’est un peu dur après l’été ça sera assurément un plus.

Pros: la localisation de l’appart est idéale, quartier plein de charme et central. L’appartement est grand, propre et bien équipé, avec une super vue sur la place du Suquet et un super balcon pour prendre le petit déjeuner.

Pros: Perfekte Wohnung für 1 Erwachsener (oder 1 Paar) mit 2 Teenagern. Super Lage inmitten der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig (kein Verkehr). Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. In 7 min zu Fuss an der Plage du Midi (dieser Strand und das Wasser sind übrigens sauberer als die Croisette und es gibt dort mehr frei zugängliche Strandabschnitte).

Cons: Nicht zu empfehlen für ältere Menschen und Kleinkinder, da etliche Treppen im Haus und 1 steile Treppe in der Wohnung (zu den 2 Einzelbetten) zu überwinden sind. Für uns war die Wohnung aber perfekt.
