Pros: Good value for the money. Generally great deal. Super location. Cyrils mom welcoming us and showed apartment and gave the keys. We can warmly recommend!

Cons: Maybe few dishes missing. We would have needed extra pair of keys or downstairs doorbell code.

Pros: The property was in an ideal location, close to the shops, restaurants and beaches . Easy to get to from Nice airport we grabbed a Uber which cost £40.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Studio is well appointed, close to all facilities for an enjoyable stay in Cannes

Pros: This was our third annual visit to the Studio. The host and his mother were excellent regarding contact and key handover. The studio provides us everything we need for our stay in Cannes. It is well appointed, bright, comfortable and has all the facilities and equipment required for a relaxing stay. The studio location is excellent and is within easy walking distance of the main shopping areas of Rue D'Antibes and the Croisette, and the bars and restaurants and markets in the centre of Cannes and the beaches on the Croisette and beyond the old port There is good bus service No 21 next to the studio to the Gare SNCF(train) and the Gare Routier (bus) and the Hotel de Ville.

Cons: No issues

Pros: Very nice apartment and clean! We loved the terrasse where we ate our dinners and breakfast. Perfect to relax in the evening after our baby was sleeping!

Pros: We stayed at the apartment for 7 days in July and it was a great experience! The apartment is clean and we really liked the balcony. The location was very convenient as it took us 7 min to go to the beach and 10-20 to the city center and train station. The owner was very nice and was in touch every time we needed help.

This was our second visit to the Studio which meets all our requirements for a base for a relaxing stay

Wonderful time in Cannes

Pros: The apartment is clean and roomy. It has everything you need and is in a convenient location. There are public transport bus stops nearby. It is 10-15 minutes from Gare de Cannes. It has stable internet, a bedroom, an iron, a hairdryer, a kitchenette and much more. Nice big terrace and nice view. It is 5 minutes from one of the main streets of Cannes. There are restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby. There is a large Casino supermarket 5 minutes away. Our stay was excellent. I traveled with my mother and she loved it. We also hit the TV series festival and saw celebrities. Kind hosts, Cyril's mother was waiting for us to accommodate us and our flight was delayed and we arrived later and she waited for us 2-3 hours more.

Pros: Excellent host, excellent apartment, excellent location!
