Alles perfekt, super, sehr schön!

Pros: Zentrale Lage! Große Wohnung mit zwei große Schlafzimmer, großes Wohnzimmer mit moderner offener Küche, Riesen großer Banking und gut für die kalte Jahreszeit mit Heizung! Komplett ausgestattet! Modernes Bad separates WC! 50 m von tue d Antibes entfernt über den Supermarkt Spar! Das aller Beste ist dass in der Tiefgarage noch 1 Parkplatz dazu gehört! Alles super 👍🏼

Appartement exceptionnel! Emplacement parfait!

Pros: Appartement magnifique! Propore, Design avec une vue imprenable! Le point fort sans aucun doute c'est l'emplacement! a 5 minutes a pieds de la Croisette, 8 minutes de la gare (train/bus) les boutiques et les commerces sont tous a proximité de l'immeuble! Petit plus pour le confort de la literie!! Je recommande vivement!

Pros: Appartement au top : Agencement, équipements, situation géographique, literie et grande terrasse. La situation géographique est idéale

Cons: Le nettoyage de l appartement n était pas bien fait, le sol était sale et l évier de la salle de bain était bouché, nous avons acheté un produit pour le débouchage. Nuisances nocturnes les 2 premières semaines par le voisin du dessous...

Vacances sous le soleil de Cannes

Pros: Bel appartement au dernier étage avec une grande terrasse (nous en avons profité sur fin octobre/début novembre). Idéalement situé (la gare se fait en moins de 10 min à pieds) et on est à 2 pas de la croisette (proche du Carlton). Un gros plus avec un parking privé.

Cons: En entrant les sols étaient collant comme si un produit était appliqué sur le carrelage. Et dernier point qui nous désole pour les propriétaires, mais nous avons constaté l apparition de cloques sur les peintures qui sont récentes et dans la quasi totalité des pièces.
