Pros: The position is very central, everything can be reached walking. The apartment was clean, and we were provided with everything we would have needed for our stay.

Cons: Everything was fine.

Pros: Nice, Clean, Modern Apartment. Had great quality facilities. Everything we needed to feel like we were Home away from home- with a 1 year old child. Perfect location, right by the beach and all the restaurants, bars cafes, and train station. Easy key collection, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Only downside but not enough to star down, was the apartment block was old and smelt abit damp. The lift was incredibly small, making usage awkward. You need to empty your own bin which we had to take to the market. However still great value for money - would stay again.

Would return without hesitation

Pros: Could not be more centrally located. Just in the middle of the Carré d'or. Everything corresponds to the description. Neat and cozy. A ~50% discount can be obtained at the reception on the parking price at the Effia parking of the Cannes train station not far away.

Great studio in a location excellent for accessibility of the main shops and market in Cannes.

Pros: Nicely refurbished studio…cosy well fitted out and the added bonus of a separate bedroom.The reception is as always superb!

Cons: Noise level on the Saturday night between 1 and 5am was excessive with loud music playing throughout! I will come again to confirm this was just an isolated occurrence.

Very nice place in the centre of Cannes

Pros: Apartment is very close to the beach and in walking distance of city centre. Everything was clean and tidy. Although neighbourhood is pretty lively, there is good sound insulation, so you don't hear street sounds if windows are closed.

Cons: Apartment is on the smaller side - it was good for a short stay (for 3 people), but it may not seem that comfortable for couple of weeks.

Great location

Pros: Very good location in the center of Cannes, mer la Mome, close to station, near beach. Also at check out u can leave luggage in the reception.

Cons: Everything is clean and modern, location is perfect and even if it’s on central street it’s not noisy in apartment. There is everything u need in the apartment

Pros: Appartamento carinissimo, giusto per 3 persone, nel pieno centro pedonale, a due passi dal mare e dalla stazione. In questo periodo anche molto silenzioso. Parcheggio stazione convenzionato con hotel florian molto conveniente. Appartamento gestito da hotel florian, vicinissimo, con personale gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggiare temporaneamente davanti hotel florian per carico/scarico bagagli. Consigliatissimo!

Cons: Nulla!

Pros: L’emplacement était parfait, le logement super et bien équipé

Cons: Le seul bémol c’est qu’il y avait une forte odeur de tabac dans notre logement….
