Klare Empfehlung

Pros: Alles drin, was es braucht. Auch Heizung drin und Klimaanlage. Sehr zentral im historischen Kern. Im 3 Obergeschoss ohne Aufzug, für meine Eltern mit 70 Jahren war das beschwerlich. Aber wenn man fit ist, ist es kein Problem. Gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Würde jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Bon rapport qualité prix et emplacement idéal

Pros: Super emplacement dans le vieux centre, on descend un escalier (un peu costaud!) et on est au port. Quartier très calme car piéton (compliqué pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, ce n'était pas notre cas). Quartier desservie par un petit bus électrique. Accès au logement au 3ème étage par un escalier (il faut aimer ça dans le quartier!).

Cons: Le matelas du canapé est très limite, il fait une pente vers le centre ce qui n'est pas très confortable. C'est un vieux logement, il ne faut pas s'attendre à des miracles côté propreté, il y aurait une peinture à refaire si on est exigeant.
