10/10 for location, cleanliness and safety

Pros: This apartment was a 10/10. We had a group of 3 and stayed for 5 nights. The apartment was in such a good location, within short walking distance to shopping, beach, restaurants and train station. It was super clean and had a great aircon. Cedric was very kind and helpful, always quickly catering to our needs. Definitely would stay here again!

Pros: Very well placed, 1 minute away from parking garage and 1 minute away from La Croisette. It’s a very clean, simple, cozy and well equipped apartment. And the owner was very nice and helpful!

Pros: Une tres bonne communication avec Cedric. Nous avons ete tres bien reçu, des pensées attentionnées quand on vient 3 nuits. Vraiment c'est appréciable. Au bord de la mer en 2 min ce fut super. Logement tres propre et bien équipé Je recommande sans hésitation

Pros: Liegt sehr zentral in Cannes, ist modern eingerichtet und hat eine super Ausstattung. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons: Die untere Eingangstür ist etwas schwer zu öffnen und das Fliegen Netz im Schlafzimmer ist etwas beschädigt. Ist aber nicht sehr schlimmes

Soggiorno piacevole, città incantevole e relax assicurato.

Pros: Appartamento molto accogliente con tutti i comfort, spazio sfruttato al meglio e in ottima posizione centrale. La cucina ha tutto l’occorrente e i letti sono comodi, cambina armadio utile. Tutto molto pulito, decorato dal profumo del panificio sottostante a tutte le ore del giorno.

Cons: L’unico lato leggermente scomodo sono le scale, molto strette e ripide. Ma vale la pena percorrerle per ritrovarsi in questo nido accogliente.
