Pros: The house is in a central location in Cannes; within a 15-minute walk you can reach both the beach and the city center. It is quite spacious and has been recently renovated. Inside, it has everything needed for cooking and for doing laundry, and it is also equipped with extra blankets if needed. In addition, it features two televisions, a working Wi-Fi connection, and air conditioning.

Cons: Unfortunately, at times it was difficult to find parking near the house

Pros: Host was very quick to respond when I was unclear on how to work white good or air con, had a secondary contact who was lovely! Even brought me coffee Alfie the first morning. Locationwas fantastic going into town, coming back was hard work up hill if walking with bags of shopping :)

Cons: My data kept dropping but I’m unsure if that is the area or my phone plan.

Pros: La situation géographique, pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture. L'appartement propre et le propriétaire soucieux de notre confort.

Appartement très joli et pratique, bien situé à Cannes

Pros: L’appartement était parfaitement situé pour nous. Il se trouve à côté d’un grand parc et à distance de marche de la vieille ville et du port. L’appartement lui-même est joli (avec de la pierre apparente, par exemple) et très bien aménagé. Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit, mais il est très bien adapté à un séjour plus long, car il dispose de nombreux placards et rangements, d’une machine à laver, d’un lave-vaisselle, etc. La rue n’étant pas très passante, c’était calme et silencieux. Nous avons également apprécié le « fond de placard » avec de l’huile, du sel et du poivre, du café, du sucre, etc. C’est très pratique et évite de devoir aller faire les courses dès notre arrivée.

Cons: Le seul petit problème était que nous étions arrivés tard et que l’appartement n’avait pas été « préchauffé ». Comme il n’y a qu’un seul chauffage pour tout l’appartement, il a fallu un certain temps pour atteindre une température confortable.

Cons: Très difficile de se garer même dans les rues adjacentes le système de caution ou on ne comprend pas trop le fonctionnement pas de message de confirmation du versement de la caution reçu mais le soir tard et pas de retour au départ du logement Petite odeur qui se dégage de l’évier de la cuisine avec moucherons signalé au propriétaire

Pros: Das Apartment liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnstadtviertel, auf einem Hügel. Die Buslinie 2 hat Haltestelle in der unmittelbarer Nähe. Kostenfreie Parkplätze (viel beparktes Gebiet! ) in der Nähe aber nicht direkt vor dem Hauseingang. Der private Minihof ist fein, liegt Richtung Straße. Das Schlafzimmer liegt Richtung Innenhof und ist ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und komfortabel, Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Sehr netter Gastgeber, guter Kontakt per Booking App +direkt. Genaue Informationen zur Wohnung, Schlüssel Box etc. rechtzeitig erhalten inkl. Tel. Kontakt-perfekt.

Cons: Der Hauseingang/Flur könnte den Gast negativ überraschen. Keine Angst, die Wohnung ist im top Zustand, sauber und schön.

Pros: L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort per trascorrere del tempo a Cannes, ristrutturato in un contesto particolarmente tipico. Il centro è a soli 10 minuti a piedi,una passeggiata piacevole. Max è un host presente,e sempre disponibile. Consigliato.

Pros: Loved the apartment, well equiped with all necesities, spacious, clean and good location. The host was in consrant contact with us, providing support and help when needed.

Cons: We struggled with parking, but this is not related to the apartment rating. Luckily nearby streets had parking.

Großartige, besondere Wohnung innerhalb der lebhaften Filmstadt

Pros: Sehr komfortabel, tolle Lage zur Altstadt und Bahnhof, sehr sauber, sehr aufmerksamer, hilfsbereiter Vermieter, Klimaanlage

Cons: Zum draußensitzen war die anliegende Straße etwas laut. Diese hat jedoch bei geschlossenen Türen nicht gestört!
