Short but sweet

Pros: Nice and quite and very clean building itself is very good Condition

Schön gelegenes klimatisiertes Studio

Pros: Genial-ideale Lage direkt an den mehreren sehr schönen Stränden; Klimaanlage ist vorhanden; Schöne große Balkone mit motorisierten Jalousie; Sehr gute saubere Dusche mit großem Wasserdruck.

Cons: Wäre schön für den Preis eine 24h Parkmöglichkeit zu haben. Das Le Marly Studio liegt in einer sehr lebendigen Umgebung, wo zwischen 10 Uhr und 22 Uhr einen Parkplatz zu finden - sehr schwer ist! Das schmälert die Reise-Freiheit mit dem Auto. Das Bett (alte Klapp-Sofa) ist leider mäßig bequem. Für den Preis ist die Küche nur sehr mager ausgestattet und der Geschirrspüler war dreckig-unbenutzbar.

Pros: -Emplacement proche transport/plages -grand studio agréable en bon état -linge maison fournis -agence réactive et pro

Cons: -hormis le bruit de la boite de nuit en face qui surprend au début rien a signaler

Pros: Balkon, blisko do przystanku autobusowego, pomocna i cierpliwa Pani Sara. :-)

Cons: Starodawny ekspres do kawy, drzwi do toalety i do łazienki powinny mieć zamknięcie na klucz, w pomieszczeniu toalety powinna być umywalka, szafa przy wyjściu z apartamentu zablokowana, nie w można było zawiesić swoje ubrania.

Beaucoup de paradis mais un peu d'enfer

Pros: L'emplacement, tres bien deservi par bus Les commerces de proximité malgre leurs prix eleves. La vue sur les îles et l'Esterel.

Cons: Le bruit de la boite de nuit Baoli. Insupportable et parfois jusqu'à 5 heures du matin Tout les riverains se plaignent mais la police ne réagit pas. .
