Perfect stay at a quiet and central flat
Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this central flat in Cannes. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city on a quiet, charming street, making it ideal for my business trip. It is very comfortable, fully equipped, and featured a lovely balcony where I could relax and enjoy the pleasant view of palm trees. Chris, the host, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. He even welcomed me with a thoughtful gift and refreshments, including coffee, which was a great touch. Highly recommended! Thanks, Chris, and I hope to be back soon.

Well located studio managed by generous host
Pros: Well located, around 10 minutes walk to either the Palais or the Mondrian, warm welcome and very accommodating host. The balcony was a nice bonus.

Pros: Actually, I didn't stay here, I booked it for my colleague and he said it was very comfortable, clean and had all the facilities. What's more, Christan's thoughtful greetings and preparation, including getting the keys, checking in and checking out, made everything so convenient.

Très bon séjour à Cannes, grâce à ce petit logement de qualité à deux pas de la gare et du festival.
Pros: Logement très bien situé, équipé de ce qu'il faut pour un séjour seul ou à deux. Propre, avec un petit balcon et à deux pas de la gare et de la partie vivante de Cannes, près du port. L'hôte, Christian, est à la fois très gentil, à l'écoute et réactif ! J'avais demandé d'avoir une petite table dans le logement pour travailler : il en a acheté une exprès, très aimable à lui.
Cons: J'ai globalement bien apprécié mon séjour, si j'étais pointilleux je soulignerais deux détails : - Le matelas était confortable mais le canapé-lit avait tendance à ne pas être totalement plat. - On entendait beaucoup certains voisins (et un peu la rue). Ce n'était pas au point d'être vraiment gênant mais j'aurai apprécié un environnement un peu mieux isolé.

Pros: Понравилось доброжелательное и отзывчивое общение с хозяином квартиры. Приятные комплименты для завтрака, чай и кофе. Уютная квартира., приятный вид из окна. До центра Канн очень близко, рядом и железнодорожный вокзал, с которого я добиралась до аэропорта Ниццы. С удовольсвтием остановлюсь еще у Кристина.

Дуже рекомендую, чудове співвідношенні ціна-якість, хороший приємний господар.
Pros: Дуже приємне відношення Крістіана та його подруги Каті, яка передавала ключі. У квартирі чисто та охайно, тераса із чудовим видом. Диван із матрацом був зручний для сну. Окрім необхідних зручностей у помешканні були також рушники,сумки, кепка та парасоля на пляж. Було дуже приємно отримати круасани з джемами, воду і сік на сніданок, також була кавомашина з капсулами та чай. У мене був зворотній виліт після обіду і Крістіан дозволив без проблем зробити чекаут пізніше без всяких доплат.
Cons: Шумоізоляція була слабкою і було чути все, що у сусідів за стінкою. То ж для сну варто мати беруші.

В целом все было отлично!
Pros: Расположение, отношение хозяина, приветственные вода,кола и снеки. Большая ванная комната и наличие абсолютно всего что могло понадобиться!
Cons: Нюанса два-диван для сна (спина разболелась так, что одну ночь в итоге провела полу) и соседи. Ну с последними ничего не сделать, арабская семья с четырьмя детьми. Рано не орут и к 22.30 затихают. Но шумят днём, что чуток мешало работать.

Pros: Back in Cannes for business for the second time, and everything was perfect once again. Christian is a thoughtful and kind host. The apartment is luminous, clean, and well-equipped, with a spacious bathroom. The lovely balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy my breakfast. The location is ideal—close to the Palais des Festivals and the beach, yet on a quiet, palm tree-lined street. The welcome gifts were a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!
