Really great apartment in great location, near Marche Forval. The property manager - Suzanne is attentive, helpful, frie

Pros: Great location. Large, spacious and really well maintained and presented apartment. Very clean and well equipped kitchenette. Good aircon system. Pleasant balcony area with good space to sit and eat outside Bathroom spotless and well equipped, including a washing machine

Pros: Everything. The apartment with the sea view is amazing. Clean and neat. Also the communication with the host was nice.

Perfect place

Pros: Everything was perfect, the caretakers were most accomodating and helpful in every regard, from helping with the questions about the city to extending their hand and helping out with more serious things. The police station is 2 minutes away on foot so it's a very secure location too. If it's your first time travelling to Cannes you will not regret choosing Eden Residence because if you ever need help, they will jump in to help you.

Perfect central location for a great stay in Cannes

Pros: Location was great. 5-10 minute walk into central Cannes esplanade as per directions from Suzanne. Perfect quiet location with very little neighbourhood disruption. Suzanne was an excellent host, super attentive, gave great recommendations and ensured we were comfortable at all times. Property had all expected amenities and was comfortable as expected. Would recommend!

Great location - excellent service

Pros: Great location. The host was extremely helpful and friendly and very good indeed with communication. She kindly let me stay late on my last day and arranged a taxi to the airport. Excellent service.

Cons: Nothing. The interior of the property is not in its first blush of youth but I don't mind that. It had everything I needed and was perfectly comfortable.
