Excellent apartment in a central location

Pros: Excellent location in Rue Florian, the buzzing heart of Cannes. Nothwithstanding the location, the soundproofing was excellent and very serene inside.

Cons: Nothing really, I liked the space and the location.....possibly a nespresso machine instead of filtered coffee machine and possibly an oven to heat up food if you do not wish to go out.

Pros: perfect distance to the sea, perfect distance to the train station, nearby daily farmers market, grocery stores nearby, apartment very comfortable, sufficiently equipped, Arthur very helpful. We also tried the doctor who is nearby and everything worked

Cons: There is a large restaurant under the balconies of the apartment, so there is noise at night that lasts up to about 2 hours at night. In the end, I don't see it as a negative, if the windows are closed, the noise is less.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, bliskość plaży i centrum, budynek, bezpieczeństwo, umeblowanie, wyposażenie, dostęp do pralni, restauracje, piekarnie i sklepy w sąsiedztwie. Bardzo uprzejmy gospodarz, łatwy kontakt.

Pros: Appartamento pulito e in ordine, perfetto per una famiglia e dotato di ogni confort, in posizione centralissima a un passo dalla spiaggia ed in pieno centro città. L’host Arthur è stato gentile e disponibile. Soggiorno da sogno!

Pros: Die Lage für einen ereignisreichen Urlaub ist perfekt! Kaffees, Restaurants, Läden, Bahnhof, das Palais, das Meer und der Strand! Alles ist da!

Cons: Hatten keinen Balkon, dafür aber etwas ruhigere Seite. Ohne Ohropax ging es leider nicht (im Hochsommer)
