Pros: The view is stunning. The building is secure and quiet, and free parking is a gift in Cannes. The apartment is well equipped.

Cons: The sound of the street is ever-present. Up on the 7th floor (don't worry, the elevator is lovely) the plumbing is fragile.

Nice apartment with a spectacular view

Pros: We had a pleasant stay. The apartment was nice, with a big balcony with a spectacular view. The location is very good, close to the center and the beach. The parking garage was very useful.

Cons: We had a 7 nights stay and there weren't enough shower gel and toilet paper. When I asked about it, they said that this will cost us, so we needed to get ourselves from the supermarket. The bed is quite small. First time finding the car garage was a bit challenging.

Un superbe appartement encore plus confortable à vivre que sur les photos, malheureusement desservi par un accueil qui n

Pros: Magnifique appartement très bien situé au 7e étage d’une résidence, juste derrière le Suquet. Vue splendide sur l’ouest de la baie de Cannes avec l’Esterel au fond. Très grande terrasse et pièces de bonnes dimensions bien meublées État impeccable, lumineux et très agréable à vivre. Air conditionné efficace. Calme et silencieux malgré la proximité de la voie rapide.

Cons: Accueil on ne peut plus impersonnel malgré des messages de bienvenue bien fallacieux. Le 1 rue des mimosas n’a rien d’un bureau d’accueil mais juste un mur de boite à clés. N’y allez pas sans avoir les DEUX numéros de boites (les clés ne tiennent pas dans une seule) et leurs combinaisons d’ouverture. Le parking est un box fermé en sous-sol. Un plan détaillé est indispensable pour le trouver et il devrait être fourni. Sinon, une bonne galère pour y parvenir. Les \

Cons: Маленькая кровать. Также после оплаты залога 500€, нам опять начали приходить на почту сообщения, что мы снова должны оплатить 500€. Это заставило нас очень нервничать. Потом, когда мы смогли дозвониться в агенство, они сказали что это сбой системы. Им нужно решить этот вопрос, потому что мы очень много нервов потратили. У нас был небольшой бюджет и отдавать еще 500€ мы не могли. Поработайте над этим

Ottimo appartamento!

Pros: Appartamento spazioso, pulito e molto luminoso. É dotato di tutto il necessario ed ha una vista molto bella! La posizione ottima, all’ingresso della zona pedonale del quartiere Suquet. Con 10-15 minuti di passeggiata si arriva alla spiaggia con sabbia.
