Pros: The location was very good .. the Most happening street of Cannes . Room was clean and quiet we really like our stay!

Pros: Excellent location, there are many restaurants, shops nearby, the beaches are very close, good new appliances, the air conditioner saved us from the heat

Cons: Cleanliness: when we arrived, all the cups and the sink were dirty, there was a lot of dust in certain places in the kitchen, a little dampness in the corner of the shower, the bed linen was in pellets, scale in the kettle. (I’m adding some photos, but they don’t show it as well as in real life) It may also be important to someone that there is no elevator, and the apartment is located at the very top of a 4-floor building

Pros: Очень разумно и комфортно устроенная маленькая студия. Есть все необходимое для нескольких дней проживания. Фотографиям соответствует. Бесконтактное общение с вежливым консьержем.

Cons: Квартира на последнем этаже, лестница довольно крутая, с большим багажом было бы сложно. Окна без плотных штор, много света рано утром.

Studio cozy avec un emplacement ideal!

Pros: Studio exactement comme sur les photos. La douche peu spacieuse mais tout de même bien agencée. Emplacement parfait!! Et des petits attentions comme le café, thé et les accessoires de bain ont été appreciés.

Cons: Dernier étage de l’immeuble sans ascenseur mais ce n’est qu’un detail

Pros: La localisation est parfaite, le studio est très bien équipé, la clim et la machine à lavé sont vraiment un plus. Le studio est très agréable et joliement décoré, plutôt spacieux grâce à la mezzanine. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte, très disponible pour nous guider à l'arrivée. La boîte a clé est très appréciable.

Cons: L' espace commun ( l'entrée et cage d'escalier) a rafraîchir, je me doute que cela relève plus de la co propriété, mais n'est pas représentatif du studio.
