Cannes Appartement 3 pièces vue mer

Pros: Loved the balcony because you can see the sea. It was quiet, and wow, the bed was so comfortable that it was difficult to get up.

Cons: It was a bit of a walk to the station, which was some 15 minutes on a hilly slope and an additional 7-10 mins to Festival De Palais. However, you can take an Uber for €10-13 depending on the time of day.

Pros: Splendido appartamento, ampio, luminoso, lussuosamente arredato e in perfetto stato di manutenzione; terrazzo con vista mare impagabile. Dotato di tutto quanto necessario (ad essere pignoli aggiungerei una scopa e alcuni strofinacci per asciugare le stoviglie). Condominio non all'altezza dell'appartamento in quanto a finiture, ma comunque sufficientemente in ordine; parcheggio riservato all'interno del cortile (impagabile a Cannes). Quartiere residenziale, tranquillo e curato; peccato per l'assenza di bar e supermercati (i più vicini a Blvd Carnot, a 15min a piedi).

Cons: Posizione; intendiamoci: se cercate una sistemazione a due passi dalla Croisette, non fà al caso vostro. Se invece volete un posto tranquillo e comodo a 10 minuti di auto / 30 min a piedi dalla Croisette (di cui almeno la metà in saluta) è perfetto. C'è anche il bus che ferma proprio sotto casa, ma non ho avuto occasione di usarlo (probabilmente utile in estate, quando parcheggiare in centro a Cannes è sicuramente più complicato che a gennaio)

Cons: Un peu loin de la Croisette

Pros: Todo nuevo , limpio . Los amfitriones muy amables y disponibles en cualquier momento . Recomendable

Pros: O apartamento é muito bom. Ele fica um pouco afastado das praias mas por transporte público ou carro se chega fácil. O estacionamento seguro e a limpeza do apartamento contam pontos. A simpatia e acolhimento da proprietária também. Espero poder retornar.

L’appartamento ideale a Cannes.

Pros: Casa eccezionale. Arredamento chic e pratico. In cucina hai tutto ciò che ti serve, inoltre ci sono anche 2 ferri da stiro. Posizione a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro città, con parcheggio privato nel parco privato nelle immediate vicinanze dell’appartamento. Trovare parcheggio a Cannes negli orari giusti è facile anche la settimana del 15 agosto! Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. Inoltre l’appartamento ha un terrazzo stupendo che affaccia sul mare ma mantenendo un’atmosfera tranquilla e non il caos del centro città.

Cons: Nulla! È stato un soggiorno eccezionale.

Pros: Das Appartement entspricht den Bilder. Es ist sehr gut, modern und ansprechend ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen schönen Balkon mit einem tollen Blick über Cannes bis zum Mittelmeer. Die Gegend ist schön ruhig. Es ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Übergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons: Es ist etwas weit bis ins Centrum.

Spacious clean modern apartment with an amazing view of the beautiful city!

Pros: We stayed there for the Cannes film festival and it was the perfect choice. The location is a 20 minute walk or short Uber ride away from the festival. The apartment is very spacious, modern and clean. The area is nice and quiet which is a nice break from the festival craziness. The view from the balcony is spectacular and was our favourite part. Everything we needed was available including a washing machine, drying rack, dishwasher and cleaning products. The host is very responsive and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Cons: The elevator didn’t seem to be working at times late at night or early in the morning, not sure if it gets turned off at certain hours. Not much else we didn’t like though.
