Quite enjoyable. I will 100% go there over n over, if available

Pros: It is not bed and breakfast thing, though that wasnt neccesary as there were many restaurant options

Cons: No english tv channel. That was a mega set bck, as TVs do a lot for me

Pros: Very comfortable apartment, well cleaned, good with air conditioning, elevator, nice neighbors, comfortable beds and everything you need to feel at home. The place is located exactly in the center with close to everything. We had a small dog with us and he was fine with that. We came by car and parked the car in a secure parking garage 2 minutes from the apartment approx. 35€ per day. We were 4 people, so it was very nice to have 2/5 bathrooms.

Excellent location, fabulous host.

Pros: Really friendly host and very accomodating. Met us on arrival and went through all of the apartment with us. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were excellent and very clean. Kitchen had every amenity and was really well equipped. Air conditioning worked very well and the hot water was consistent.

Cons: The stairs there is a lift but you have to go up 5 stairs to get to it and 5 stairs to get to the apartment from the lift.

Perfect location and comfortable place

Pros: Everything just as perfect as expected, as we have already stayed here several times. The place is close to everything to enjoy the vibe of life in Cannes, sea, beach, shopping, restaurants. The apartment has a very well equipped kitchen and comfortable living&dining room with a fantastic side sea view. The host is very friendly and easy to contact and communicate with. Thank you for everything!

Perfect

Pros: Mr.Klaus is a very good host. He greeted us at the door and helped us with our luggage. He introduced us to the inside of the house. The house is perfect, the location is great, we were very pleased. From now on, I will always stay in this house when I go to Cannes. Thank you very much again to the host.

Pros: Wir wurden von unserem Gastgeber sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und zeitlich flexibel möglich. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen : sehr groß und sauber mit toller, leiser Klimaanlage. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und toll ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal: in Sichtweite des Strandes - Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten als Familie ( 3 Personen ) einen wunderbaren Urlaub

Pros: The location is perfect. It’s near to the shops, the restaurants and the beach.

As spune in final ca locatia este perfecta pentru o vacanta pentru maxim 3 pers. Pozitia locatiei este foarte foarte bun

Pros: Locatia este foarte aproape de plaja si de toate punctele de interes. Livingul spatios, canapelele foarte confortabile, bucataria complet echipata. Proprietarul este foarte amabil. Noi am avut avion seara si ne-a ajutat cu bagajele, le-a tinut intr-o boxa OK din beciul de la locatie.

Cons: Curatenia putin cam de suprafata facuta, prosoapele cam vechi, lenjeria de pat OK, dar patul din unul din dormitoare este mai micut, poate pentru 2 copii. Noi am dormit 2 adulti, dar a fost putin mai greu. Celalalt dormitor este OK. Cand am fost noi, era dezafectata una din toalete, doar dusul putea fi utilizat in una din bai, iar unul din televizoare nu mergea, dar nu a fost foarte deranjant pentru ca noi ne-am plimbat foarte mult.

This is a very central spot to stay in Cannes with everything in walking distance.

Pros: This apartment is in an excellent location just a half block away from the beach with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and grocery markets all within a one to two block walk. The apartment comfortably fits four and is very modern with every needed convenience. I enjoyed my stay and Klaus was an excellent host.
