Excellent stay

Pros: Excellent location for a Cannes holiday, within walking distance.The property was above our expectations. We received clear instructions and excellent communication from the owner which made the check-in very simple. The hosts made us feel very welcome and were available throughout our stay via messenger. The accomodation had spectacular views over Cannes, especially at night and the pool area was superb and very clean. The apartment was fully equipped with all the essentials, hairdryer, iron, coffee maker etc and very comfortable. The cleanliness was of a high standard. Would definately visit again

Cons: No negatives

Pros: The pool and view is very nice. The underground car park is great. Shops and food is around 7min drive (2.2km) and the beach is 10min walk (1km). The apartment is nice with a nice window overlooking pool and the sea. Morning sun hits the balcony.

Cons: The bunk bed - the lower part is very small not suitable to use for an adult.

Pros: I loved the parking and the terrace. The kitchen was very well equipped. Overall I enjoyed my time there and I would consider it for a second stay.

Cons: it was very small, smaller than it looked on picture. But it was still nice and comfy. We had the bad luck to arrrive during some storming days, so we had some problems with water entering from the windows. The owner has been really nice though. I would suggest to remove some of the decorations like pots and similar because the space is limited and having free surfaces where to put objects, bags, etc can be very valuable.

Pros: Amazing views from the appartment. Very nice infinity pool. The host was great!

Excellent stay

Pros: Excellent view of the sea from the balcony and the infinity pool, nice covered garage. The is also well-equipped with all what you need. The owner was very friendly and responsive.

Pros: The proprietor was excellent. He did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The view from the room was superb.

Cons: Any guests with mobility issues should note that the property is high on a steep hill. This wasn’t a problem for us however.

A very nice place to stay and a great base for exploring the Côte d'Azur

Pros: Very nice place although it is located a bit off the town centre. Very quiet surrounding. Great swimming pool and large car park. Great communication with the host and concierge. In the apartment you will find all the necessary things you need during your stay.

Cons: The lack of bedding in the apartment is a big problem, especially when you travel by plane and have no space to take it to the luggage.

Pros: l emplacement stategigue la balade au bord de la mer desservie par les transports en commun belle piscine mais on a pas pu en profiter car visite en décembre mais on a pu bien profiter de nos vacances la vue magnifique dès le réveil sur la mer parking sécurisé sous sol appartement bien équipé et propre

Cons: Hay q darle un poco de mantenimiento. Y hay q tomar en cuenta que la cama doble está en la sala y hay q abrirla.
