Perfect for a beautiful stay in the center of Cannes

Pros: Love the location, we planned to visit many cities near the south, so being near the train station was perfect! Also the center is just right there and the beach is closer too, we enjoyed the place a lot. We will definitely come back.

Pros: Very good localisation, I was on TFWA - very close to the palais and railway station!

Pros: The apartment is very clean and feels very safe. The door to the garden is outside the room but we didn’t see anyone in the garden ever so it felt like our own. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The sofa bed is massive and the whole apartment is well stocked. There is a strong bolt on the door and you can lock it twice from both the inside and the out to feel extra safe. The area has lots of bakeries, pharmacies and is right by the train station.

Cons: The walls are fairly thin so in the night the people in the apartment upstairs (a holiday rental) were loud and it would sound like they were in our room, but obviously that depends on who would be staying in the room above.

Great value for money

Pros: Great value for money. The location is great; only five minutes walk from the train station which is really handy if you want to visit other locations in the French Riviera. A quiet room as described in terms of the surroundings. Nice garden outside. Felt safe. Owner took care of a couple of requests without an issue.

Cons: I would have preferred a bed than a sofa bed that could have been more comfortable but it didn’t stop me from sleeping well.

Séjour au top pas très loin du sans faute mais quelques points à améliorer pour que ce soit parfait

Pros: Appart confort et très bien. Tous les équipements sont modernes et fonctionnels. L’emplacement est l’atout majeur de cet appart.

Cons: Recevoir beaucoup de communications de la part des hôtes (avant arrivée, après la première nuit etc) Le check out a 10h (de plus en plus tôt dans les hôtels et bnb) Gros point noir : la douche car l’eau ne s’écoule pas bien au sol et c’est difficile de pas en foutre partout en dehors avec le jet. Douche trop petite et mal agencé.
