Fantastic location in the heart of Cannes!

Pros: The property is perfectly situated—just a short walk from the beach, main shopping streets, and top restaurants. It’s also close to the train station and festival venues, making it ideal for both leisure and business stays. You really can’t beat the convenience of this spot.

Cons: The only downside was the air conditioning—it was quite noisy, especially at night.

Pros: Location is perfect and the host cannot be more helpful even for a late and then further delayed arrival.

Ruhige Unterkunft in parkähnlicher Lage und nahe zur Croisette und Strand - wunderbar

Pros: Kleines, schnuckeliges und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Studio an super Lage, nur einige Schritte zur Croisette und zum wunderschönen Strand. Das Studio befindet sich im grünen, parkähnlichen Innenhof und ist absolut ruhig. Für heisse Tage gibt es eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist relativ gross und super ausgestattet. Ebenfalls positiv war, dass Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher sowie Abwasch-Zubehör und vieles mehr vorhanden war. Wir hatten Glück und konnten direkt auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen vor dem Haus parken. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen Supermarkt, was sehr angenehm ist. Die liebevollen Details im Studio und die nette, unkomplizierte Gastgeberin haben uns begeistert. Schlüsselübergabe und \
