Vivre Cannes l Parking l Balcony l 15min to La Croisette

I would certainly choose to stay here again on my next trip to Cannes!

Pros: The host is truly wonderful exceptionally kind, warm, communicative. The location of the house is excellent: quiet, safe, and set in a very pleasant neighborhood. Having a closed and secure parking area available on a “first come first served basis” is a real advantage, and the host was very helpful with this as well. The house was pleasantly warm , cozy and comfortable. On sunny days, the garden area can also be enjoyed to the fullest.

Cons: A clean and comfortable place overall, yet the amenities could be refreshed to meet more contemporary expectations. A bottle of water (Pellegrino or Evian kind of )on the bedside table would have been a thoughtful touch and wall-mounted products from a lifestyle brand could have elevated the shower experience even further.

Pros: A beautiful space and a lovely balcony. Very quiet area and a short walk into the town.

Pros: Feels like your private apartment in Cannes! Calm, quiet and peaceful! Ours was with a great view! Walking distance from the beach (15-20min). Even closer to restaurants. All the necessary equipment in the kitchen. Close to a supermarket, gas’s station, bakery (croissants and more). Coffee machine in the kitchen. What else? Garage for your car but there are free parking spots around also.

Good stay

Pros: Good location, and the apartment is clean and stylish.

Cons: The only frying pan in the apartment is totally destroyed. They could have provided a better one. It would also be nice to give us more than one dishwasher tablet since we stayed there for a few nights. The shower was a disaster though. We don't understand why they can't add a screen or a curtain for the shower. The bathroom is totally wet each time after we take a shower.

Very nice property in a very nice area of Cannes.

Pros: Very good size property for a family with two children, good size bathroom with bath which children loves, very close to nice sandy beaches in Cannes,very quiet area with lots of free parking. Definitely I recommend this property and I will definitely return if availability is there.

Cons: The beds has very hard mattress , the shower head was broken , but apart from that everything else was very good.

Nice apartament in beautiful Cannes

Pros: Very nice and modern apartament, aprox. 15 minutes from La Croissete.

Cons: Lack of soap/ shower gel in the bathroom.

Comfortable apartment in a quiet zone

Pros: Very nice and comfortable apartment, with all the basic things needed also for a long stay with a family. The apartment is not far away from the city attractions and the beaches, which can be reached with a 20 minutes walk. It is in a quiet area, has a nice balcony and is larger than many other apartments we saw. Check-in and check-out procedures were given in advance and were fully clear. Overall, it is a good option, above all for families or stays with multiple people.

Cons: The bathroom had a bathtub without any curtain. Since the shower hose was partially broken and leaking water, it was tough to have a shower without flooding the bathroom. The wi-fi connection was sometimes slow and unstable. Apart from this, in general everything was fine.

Delightful apartment in Cannes

Pros: Beautiful apartment, new, well designed, well equipped, lovely terrace, bird song with coffee in the morning. Very comfortable and convenient for 4 people. The garage was a great plus and complimentary. Only 10 minutes walk to the center... Incredibly good value for money. Highly recommended.

Good value for money property in a quiet location .

Pros: A lovely good value for money apartment , with a lovely balcony.

Cons: Although we had a shower we would’ve liked it to be on the wall with a shower curtain instead of it being handheld.

Pros: Clean, good neighborhood, very nice walking route to center
