The place wins a Cesar ( equivalent of an Oscar ) for location, design planning and service.
Pros: This property is very well situated on a very nice avenue in Cannes. Great for restaurants and shopping. From Cannes you can take a train to Monaco and Nice . The promenade on the Croisette is close by as well as old city of Cannes. The place is super clean and modern. There is a lift for higher floors of the building. Very sunny living room. It is quiet at night. The owner greets you upon arrival and will stop by before you leave. He is very helpful. Thank you Christophe.

Ruhige Wohnung mitten im Zentrum
Pros: Christophe der Gastgeber hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert und es hat alles ohne Komplikationen geklappt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, sehr zentral gelegen und vor allem das Parken in der Tiefgarage war perfekt. Kommen gerne wieder. Heiko

Amazing overall
Pros: Christophe was an outstanding host—friendly, attentive, and thorough in explaining every detail. They even provided a city map with excellent restaurant recommendations, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is perfect, just a short 3–4 minute walk to the city center. Ideal for families!
Cons: Having 2 showers was great but wish there was another toilet. :) that’s all

AMAZING property with great terrace
Pros: Absolutely amazing property at a great location. It was so beautiful, spacious and clean. We were 4 girls so having two showers was so convenient. The terrace was also amazing! The host Christophe was so nice as well. I would rate this 11/10 if I could. Couldn’t recommend enough!!!

Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement Cannois.
Pros: L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la ville et le parking permet de ne pas se poser de question si on veut prendre sa voiture. La propreté de tout l’appartement est vraiment à souligner et l’équipement est tout à fait complet. La literie est très confortable. L’appartement est très calme car bien isolé des bruits de la rue par le double vitrage. La résidence est très calme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles pour des précisions si besoin. Ils font tout pour que nous passions un agréable séjour.
Cons: Rien. S’il faut dire un souhait, un fauteuil en plus du grand canapé pourrait être agréable.

Tolles Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern im Herzen von Cannes
Pros: Das City Beach SOHA Appartement ist perfekt gelegen in der Innenstadt von Cannes. Man ist mitten im Geschehen und in 5 Minuten am Meer. Es hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem eigenen Bad (Dusche und Waschbecken) sowie ein getrenntes WC zur gemeinsamen Benutzung, dadurch ist es ideal für zwei Paare, eine Familie oder Freunde. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile inklusive Waschmaschine, so dass man sich gut selber versorgen kann, und es gibt einen kleinen Balkon mit einem Tisch für 4 Personen. Die Unterkunft ist neu ausgebaut und sehr sauber, alles in sehr gutem Zustand, es gibt Klimaanlage und Heizung. Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Gastgeber Christophe empfangen, wir konnten auch ohne Probleme nach der angegebenen Check-in Zeit kommen, die Kommunikation war sehr einfach. Es gibt auch einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage des Hauses (max. Höhe 1.85 m), was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man mit dem Auto kommt.
Cons: Durch die zentrale Lage gibt es natürlich auch ein höheres Verkehrsaufkommen und wenn man nachts die Fenster öffnen möchte, muss man mit ein bisschen Strassenlärm von der Rue D’Antibes rechnen.

Fantastic apartment, great location
Pros: Die Wohnung ist direkt in der Rue d’Antibe, super Lage, schöne Terrasse, 2 Badezimmer, Garage, super eingerichtet!! Wirklich empfehlenswert!
Cons: Alles war fantastisch
