Family vacation
Pros: Location next to beach was really nice. We enjoyed the Bocca beach rather than the crowded Cannes center beaches. Pools nice as well. Easy to take a bus to Cannes as well and shops & restaurants next to the appartment available.
Cons: The building corridors needs some renovation but the actual apartment was nice as well as the pools.

Great Value and Amazing Host
Pros: I stayed at around 10 places in this trip. This is my only review. The host was absolutely amazing. He received us with ton of flexibility, and gave us great tips to get around the area. He even received us with a bottle of wine! The value for money is too good. The beach there, is one of the only ones with sand instead of rocks. Super close to the train station to move around Cannes - Nice - Monaco. We were there as a base to move to the Cannes festival and to the Mónaco GP.

Pros: Incredibly friendly and helpful host who made sure i was welcomed warmly despite changing hours than agreed, who even dropped off an item that I had forgotten at a colleague's hotel, he gave a lot of info including good places to eat in the neighbourhood, asked what kind of drinks I wanted upon arrival, etc. The apartment itself is not that big but has all the required comfort and facilities. The apartment was very clean and most equipment is quite new (ovens, coffee machine, etc) with lots of attention for details (various pillows, coffee and tea available, little shower gel tubes). It's a 40 minute walk from the Croisette, but it's very well connected (both bus and train) and the nice beach is right in front of the apartment complex.
Cons: the apartment is in a very large block that has its charm (it's quite filmic) but some parts are currently under renovation and that is visible. But once you enter the apartment, it feels like a really nice hotel experience. It's also well isolated, so there's no noise from the neighbours.

Pros: В номере было все необходимое! И мыльные принадлежности и было оставлено кофе и чай, сахар. Мы с дороги смогли выпить чай в номере, так как было уже поздно. Квартира чистая и уютная, с интересными дизайнерскими решениями!

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt jederzeit wieder.
Pros: Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genießen können. Das Appartement hat alles was es braucht und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war alles hervorragend sauber. Lali hat sich viel Zeit genommen uns alles zu zeigen und die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Jederzeit würden wir wiederkommen. Beate und Jens

Superbe
Pros: La propriétaire est d’une gentillesse très sincère et très à l’écoute. Je vous conseil ce logement, pas un seul bruit le canapé lit ainsi que le lit étaient confortables. La ligne de bus est une rue plus loin et nous pouvons nous rendre très rapidement au centre en 15min ~ et sans compter la plage qui est à même pas 3 min à pied ! Je vous recommande ce logement pour la qualité et la sympathie de la propriétaire! 😊
Cons: Nous sommes arrivés « hors saison » soit le 04.09 du coup nous avons pas pu profiter de la piscine qui était devant la résidence mais une autre. Et le système de badge à chaque entrée pas très pratique pour la piscine ou si l’on veut se « séparer un moment » car impossible de rentrer sans…

Siisti huoneisto hyvien liikenneyhteyksien varrella.
Pros: Huoneisto vastasi kuvia ja ennakko-odotuksia. Se oli siisti ja siellä oli kaikki tarvittava. Huoneisto oli melko pieni, mutta riittävä kahdelle. Parveke ehdoton plussa. Käytettävissä oli useita uima-altaita ja yleinen ranta oli käytännössä aivan vieressä. Bussi Cannesin keskustaan liikennöi tiheästi, matka Uberilla maksoi noin 10€.

You will definitely feel at home!
Pros: L'appartement était très propre, très bien situé et parfaitement fonctionnel. L'immeuble était calme et situé au bord de la mer (avec un accès direct au front de mer). Quartier vivant avec un sympathique marché à 30 mètres et de multiples commerces de bouche et de service. Arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble pour rejoindre la croisette en 10 petites minutes. Les petites attentions (jus de fruit, dosettes de café, petits biscuits..) mis généreusement à disposition par notre hôte Jean-David qui fût d'une aide très précieuse durant tout notre séjour.
Cons: Rien. Tout était parfait!
