Pros: The owner provided excellent costumer service throughout. Maria was superb in everything she did to make us comfortable and enjoy our time.

Chose if you are an easy-going person.

Pros: Great view. Basically on the beach. Easy walk to most places. Full automatic blinds were good against light and for safety. Host lady Maria was very kind and flexible with merting hours, made me feel welcome. She explains the house well and you feel like she will be around if you need anything. The comforter was missing in the apartment and she brought me one.

Cons: The flat is on the 1st floor and there is no elevator. If you are not fit to carry your suitcase upstairs, it might be a bad surprise. Also, the bedroom and wardrobe are on the second floor of this dublex, so there will be 1 more floor to carry the suitcase. I did leave it on the first floor so my suitcase was in the middle of the living room and the kitchen the whole time, with no wardrobe to settle on this floor. Only a few hangers are provided in the flat. Beware that there was too much noise even though the blinds are closed on both floors, day and night. The flat gets too hot being on the last floor with basic roof. It is extremely hot specially upstairs and the AC is not working upstairs. The lady said they will put a new one but do not know when. I am a warm weather person but it was too much even for me., luckily the weather cooled after a few days. Opening the window does not really help and the food cooking smell from restaurants downstairs fills the flat if you open the window. If you do not mind it is ok but some people are sensitive about these things so I wanted to mention. Also, beware that beach towels are not provided. No spare towels or linens are provided. Toilet papers are very limited and paper towel for the kitchen was almost finished. Of course you can replenish yourself but there is not a supermarket nearby. Only a small shop for basic supplies.

Cons: L’accès à l'étage pour dormir était peut-être un peu abrupt et étroit, mais bon, un peu d'exercice n'a jamais fait de mal à personne. Quelque soit notre âge !
