Croisette 1 min palais des festival/ plages /FIF

Pros: The location is excellent, right in the city center and just a short walk from the Croisette and all services. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons: It is on the fourth floor without an elevator and the stairs are quite steep. The double bed is a bit narrow.

Pros: Great location!Staff was incredibly welcoming as well.🌟

Wanna go to beach in 1 minute … stay here

Pros: Location was really perfect. One minute walk to beach and even half distance to main streets and restaurants. All houseware were functional and easy to use. Its very clean and super silence despite been very heart of city center.

Cons: The distance between beach and the door from the apartment entrance is almost same :). Take care if you have heavy luggage since its in 4th floor . You will have 82 steps to climb to reach relax but dont worry you will forget since the location is very very good .

Great friendly host who speaks good English and can double as your taxi/tour guide if needed

Pros: The location was very close to the Palais. Literally across the street. The suite has everything I need. Wifi was also good. Karim, the host is very communicative and responsive. So check in was super easy. Host is so friendly and speaks very good English so it was really easy for me to communicate with him. He also drives a taxi so he took me back to Nice for my day visiting there. He even doubled as my tour guide and took me to Monaco to see the sights while explaining all the history of the area.

Pros: Karim was very hospitable. Superb location that is 1 minute away from Palais Des Festival.

Cons: I wish it had elevator. Only when you arrive and leave, you need to be prepared to walk up 4 flights of steps.

Pros: Posizione ottima e proprietario super super disponibile.

Cons: L'appartamento è al quarto piano senza ascensore

Pros: L'appartement est super bien situé, à même pas 5 minutes de la gare et juste en face du palais des festivals et de la mer. Il est au dernier étage d'un immeuble donc très silencieux pour dormir. La cuisine est parfaite pour se faire à manger pour un court séjour. Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour à Cannes.

Superbe endroit

Pros: Au top rien à redire, super bien placé, apparemment mimi et agréable, et surtout un hôte qui vient vous accueillir à votre arrivée et vient vous voir pour votre départ, à l’écoute et agréable cela fait du bien

Cons: Alors je ne vais pas dire ce que je n’aime pas mais un truc a améliorer, et de mettre une télé un peu plus grande dans la chambre, pour les personnes qui comme moi on une vision médiocre comme la mienne on n’a plus du mal à regarder le petit écran

Pros: Posizione Centrale a pochi metri dai parcheggi e dal porto. Molto accessoriato.

Cons: Letti un po’ scomodi. Piano mansardato, molto caldo e si necessita l’accensione del condizionatore anche di notte. Da segnalare che si trova al 4 piano, senza ascensore, con scala a chiocciola con gradini stretti.

Pros: Hyper location. Très très proche que la palais de cinéma. Attention la famille avec poussette. L’appartement suite à 4ème étage sans ascenseur……
