Studio hyper centre Cannes - Tout à pied

Pros: Very good contact with the host, nice bathroom and central location. The apartment is well equipped and has good wifi.

Cons: Fridge is super loud and makes sleeping very difficult. The floor is super cold.

Pros: Amazing stay. The location is in front of the train station but you do not hear any trains which is great. It is also like a five minute walk to the centre of the town where you find the port, restaurants and other shops. The apartment is on the third floor and you don't have an elevator but the floors aren't that tall and it is really ok. The apartment is super clean and organized. It is also really spacious even if it is only one room and a bathroom. The bathroom and the kitchen come with a bunch of appliances like a coffee maker, kettle and hairdryer. All in all amazing stay and great apartment.

Pros: Excellent communication with the owner before arrival, the instructions for accessing the property were crystal clear and very helpful. Cons: This is not a criticism, but I think it's important for those with accessibility issues to know that there is no elevator in the building and the apartment is on the third floor. If you have heavy luggage or issues with stairs, this is something you need to take into consideration. For me it was not a problem at all.

Pros: The location was great, really close to the center and we manage to find parking nearby. The studio is, as it says, cosy, but we found it to have everything we needed. The host was really nice, the nicest!

Cons: You have to walk to the third floor with no elevator, but it is worth the walk.

Cons: Maybe a typed up simple instruction sheet for the stove, would have been helpful. Everything else was well-planned for guests.

Pros: Alles is schoon en nieuw.... je e kan je niet voorstellen maar er is echt overal aan gedacht! Zelfs een EHBO doos, een paraplu of parasol zijn aanwezig. Ook voldoende toilet papier. Verder heerlijk bed , geruisloze airco , heerlijke douche en een toilet die krachtig doorspoelt, tevens een hele fijne föhn. Ook geen trein gehoord aangezien de locatie bij het station is. Deze locatie ligt op 3 minuten lopen vh station dus heel vlug in Antibes, ...Monaco of andere plekken. Verder ben je met 10 minuten aan zee of in de oudstad of het grote winkel gedeelte. Beste plek en de conciërge is zeer attent en behulpzaam. Wifi ook goed. Als je wil nog goede wasmachine en televisie. De ruimte is niet groot maar meer dan perfect!!!
