Pros: The location of this property is outstanding, situated just a short stroll from the renowned Palais des Festivals. All essential local amenities — including shops, restaurants, cafes, and transport links — are conveniently located within a two-minute walk, making it an ideal base for both business and leisure travelers.

Cons: There was absolutely nothing to fault — everything was perfect! From the moment we arrived, every detail exceeded our expectations, making our stay truly enjoyable and memorable.

Just great

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Le Cannois. The apartments are very good equipped. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms, and small pleasant details which make your visit enjoyable. I would say Fabienne&Hervé are really thinking about their visitors. Thank you 🙂 Besides, the location is good as well.

Cons: No towels included

Pros: It is very conveniently located and very clean and well kept. The hosts acomodated our request to stay an additional hour beyond the 10am check out time, so we could just go straight to the airport without having to sit in a cafe for an hour or something like that.

Cons: I know it is common with these kinds of properties but I find the requests to put the bins out and strip the beds a bit unfair given the price point. A black out blind for the transom windows so that if the light is on in the living space or in one of the other bedrooms, it is not disturbing other sleepers would be great. As otherwise everyone needs the lights out at the same time.

Pros: Beautifully furnished apartment. Very functional. Fabienne and Herve prepared everything perfectly and welcomed us at the apartment. Conveniently located.

Perfect as a holiday or as in my case, for business.

Very neat and comfortable and close to everything

Pros: Host met us at the door and took us through the property. It was very roomy and clean. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable, bathroom was roomy and very clean. We were close to everything, beach, food, train station. The property was exactly as it looked in the photos. Highly recommend staying here

Cons: You could hear a bit of noise from the train line when in the kitchen and lounge room with the windows open. But when closed the windows kept almost all the noise out

Pros: Alles was simpel goed. Er hoefde geen sleutel opgehaald te worden. Appartement was super schoon en mooi ingericht. Precies zoals de foto's.

Cons: Niet echt iets kunnen bedenken.

Pros: Szépen berendezett, jól felszerelt apartman. A tulajdonosok aranyosak, kedvesek, segítőkészek. Közel van minden, bolt, piac, étterem, pékség, parkoló stb. Egyetlen hátránya, hogy a vonatok zaját hallani lehet.

Pros: Skvělé vybavený apartmán, foto odpovídá realitě. Parkování v blízkém parkovacím domě.

Perfect location & spacious apartment

Pros: Spacious clean apartment , perfect location in Cannes. Very clean, the design is modern, perfect equipment in kitchen, good light equipped with the air condition Herve welcomed me so well and was very helpful , kind and understanding with my late arrival.
