Pros: I’m personally not a big fan of using Airbnb, but for this trip to Cannes, I stayed in an apartment, and it was honestly much better than a hotel. It felt cozy and well maintained, and the kitchen was especially nice. Overall, I can’t really think of any downsides.

Cons: I was a bit concerned about the check-in process and finding the apartment. I think someone who isn’t used to booking on Airbnb might find it confusing. However, everything worked out well, and overall it was a great stay.

Handy for a short stay.

Pros: Very well located, clean and compact. Had everything you needed for a short stay in this surprisingly nice town.

Cons: Was quite hard to find as the address looked really shabby on the outside and slightly daunting corridor to get to flat. Thankfully Concierge was very helpful when I rang. Not sure we liked the extra insurance we had to pay for and on top of this there was confusion about if we’d paid (got charged twice by the service, nothing to do with the apartment owners) and then the information wasn’t relayed by Booking.com to the concierge. Maybe I would have received better instructions if there wasn’t this hiccup. Also not impressed with not being able to access flat until 17:00.

Pros: Everything was clean, new and great location. I was surprised. The Concierge Alan is very helpful and available any time.

Pros: La posizione è eccezionale. Immersa nella vitalità del centro e del mercato , ma al tempo stesso la struttura è silenziosa. L’abitazione era dotata di tutti i comfort.

Pros: У этих апартаментов идеальное местоположение: в самом центре города, рядом с набережной Круазет и за углом от рынка Форвиль, вокруг которого много кофеен и ресторанов. Удобнее, кажется, не бывает: можно погулять, прийти домой отдохнуть и потом снова идти гулять. Идеально. Сами апартаменты - квартира-студия с полноценной кухней, хорошей ванной. Есть даже кладовка. Очень чисто. Диван раскладывается в полноценную большую удобную двуспальную кровать. Если еще приедем в Канны, остановимся снова здесь.

Cons: Самый большой минус - ранеее выселение, в 10.00. Это слишком рано, тем более что заселяться можно после 16.00. Зимой в этой квартире будет холодно: солнце совсем не попадает, но летом это будет большом плюсом. Отопление - кондиционером. Лестница на второй этаж очень крутая и не слишком удобная, если у вас есть проблемы с подьемом или большие чемоданы, имейте это ввиду.

Un studio très agréable, très bien agencé et meublé avec goût pour un prix accessible.

Pros: Le lit meuble / canapé de grande qualité. Les équipements très fonctionnels. Le silence (on n'entend pas la ville!) La machine à laver. Les échanges avec Alan le concierge, toujours disponible pour nous aider. Le parking (payant et cher!) à proximité immédiate de l'appartement. Le marché (très cher aussi mais sympa)

Cons: Le détecteur de mouvement qui allume la lumière du couloir extérieur la nuit et éclaire légèrement l'appartement (impossible de l'éviter, j'ai tout essayé). Agréable quand on est seul pour trouver le chemin des toilettes moins quand l'autre dort. Le prix du parking à comptabiliser dans le budget (mais c'est un plus quand même c'est juste parce que je suis un râleur).

Pros: L'appartement est très bien placé, très bien équipé et les entrées sont sécurisées. Le concierge est très réactif s'il y a le moindre problème et est très sympathique et j'ai trouvé le prix correct étant donné l'emplacement et la période de l'année. Nous y retournerons sans hésitations

Cons: - le sol était un peu sale - la clim faisait beaucoup de bruit - pas de petite terrasse ou balcon pour faire sécher le linge
