An nice apartment with all you need at a walking distance from the center

Pros: Well furnished apartment with everything you might need to a short to mid duration stay. 10 minutes walk from the Palais du Festival and from the City Center. Quiet neighborhood and parking space as a plus (as long you car is not too big ;)

Cons: Parking space is quite chunky and not suitable for bigger cars. The way to get to it and leave the garage requires some precise maneuvering skills

We spent a week there and it was very enjoyable! If back again , I would definittely book it again!

Pros: Very clean and a nice flat, quiet area with all necessities in place. The host was very supportive and helpful with his recommendations on what to do and visit there!

Pros: Didier is a very kind and friendly host. He helped us with everything. He gave us various recommendations about the area. There is indoor and outdoor parking. The location is close to perfect. You can walk to the beaches in the center of Cannes. The furniture in the house is quite sufficient for a few days' stay.

Cons: There is a bit of a hill (Cannes is like that in general). It can be difficult to walk uphill in hot weather. The elevator in the apartment is very small. The pillows are not very comfortable.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean apartment. It has everything, coffee machine with capsules, that allow us to start a day with cup of good coffee and there were even cookies. Bottle of wine in the fridge to enjoy the evening. All the small things but made a great impression. The owner very friendly and gave us advices which places to visit and they were amazing! It seems like he is really intrested about. Just the parking place has a little bit small space but I managed to park quite big SUV. We definietly recommend it.

Pros: Logement spacieux, bien équipé. Hôte disponible. Près du centre de Cannes, bien situé..

Pros: Avantage café sucre Draps linge de bains papier toilette et surtout le service du propriétaire venir nous chercher en gare à 22h.

Cons: Un peu loin du centre pour personne avec une canne

Pros: Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza. La struttura era accogliente,pulita e in una posizione tranquilla con bella vista . L' appartamento era molto confortevole e ben equipaggiato. In più l' host Didier é una persona gentile e molto disponibile.

Cons: Il letto era un po' stretto, ma comunque fornito di un materasso confortevole. Per finire il parcheggio sotterraneo ,molto utile a Cannes, ma purtroppo veramente difficile da utilizzare..

Super satisfeita. Ótimo custo-benefício

Pros: O apartamento é muito bem localizado, tem um bom tamanho para 4 pessoas, o proprietário muito gentil, simpático, sempre disponível por responder qualquer questão. É fornecido vários bens essenciais, café, chá, gel de banho, shampoo, secador, etc. Tem maquina de café nespresso. Localização ótima, 15 minutos a pé de la Croisette, Carrefour express a 4 minutos do apartamento. Quartier tranquilo. Com certeza, retornaremos.

Cons: Sinceramente, gostei de tudo.

Pros: Wspaniały apartament dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciach, cudowny taras i widok, czuliśmy sie jak w domu, bardzo wygodne łóźka, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, czystość, spokojna okolica. Idealny kontakt z właścicielem lokalu, Didier serdecznie dziękujemy za możliwość pobytu w Twoim apartamęcie będziemy polecać.

Cons: Wszystko było wspaniale 🤗
