Perfect and comfortable stay in Cannes

Pros: Exceptional apartment in a perfect location. Preferred staying here compared to the hotels. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped, which was perfect for our trip. The location was fantastic, in the heart of Cannes, very close to boulevard de la Croisette and Rue d’Antibes, with lots restaurants, shops and main attractions close by to enjoy Cannes. It’s easy to get around. Most of all, Alfredo is an amazing host and very accommodating, making sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommended property and host, and will look forward to staying here again in the future!

A perfect stay in a beautiful apartment

Pros: One of the best apartments I’ve ever booked. It’s every bit as lovely as the photos suggest, if not better. Alfredo has made this flat a labour of love, so everything is perfect: comfortable, spotlessly clean and well-equipped with thoughtful little touches. Moreover, he is a super host: quick to reply, kind and very organised. I would stay here again in a flash. Perfect for a couple.

The perfect place to stay on a girlie beach holiday

Pros: Alfredo is an excellent host, he couldn't have been kinder. The apartment was immaculate with lots of thoughtful extras. The location is second to none and it's a brand new building so very good use of space & modern appliances, we loved sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee. We'll definitely be back.

Cons: It's noisy at nighttime - we didn't mind this as we wore earplugs and were often out late ourselves, but this location won't be for everyone.

Pros: The Apartment has the perfect location to stay in Cannes. All sights / shopping streets and the beach are reachable by foot within minutes. Our host Alfredo made sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful throughout our stay! I would definitely recommend staying in the apartment.

Pros: This property exceeded all our expectations - the location, the comfort, cleanliness - nothing could be better. We are so glad we found this condo and met the owner of the property Alfredo who did whatever he can to make our vacations completely out of stress. From the moment we met him to get the keys (we were much later than expected) he acted like friend who is happy to see us. He was always friendly, smiling, answering right a way for the tex or call. We had a problem with a car - he offered help, we locked the door - he came to unlock it with words ‘it could happen’. Thank you Alfredo!!!

Pros: Petit bijou en plein centre de Cannes à 2 pas de tout (gare, restaurants, commerces, plage). Appartement moderne, ultra équipé et très lumineux conforme aux photos . PROPRETE IRRÉPROCHABLE. Le propriétaire, très attentif au confort de ses invités, est d'une grande bienveillance et fera tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Une adresse à retenir à tout moment de l'année ! Merci Alfredo pour votre accueil...VIP !

Cons: Comme partout, le fait d'être en centre ville peut parfois engendrer quelques nuisances sonores.

Pros: La gentilezza nell'accoglienza, la disponibilità e la posizione dell'appartamento, veramente molto centrale e comodo a tutto. L'appartamento è fornito di tutti i comfort, anche oltre lo standard.
