Beautiful modern apartment

Pros: Lovely apartment brilliantly located in the centre of Cannes. It is generally well maintained and spotless throughout. The staff kept in touch for our check in and were always on hand.

Cons: We couldn't use the hot tub on the first night as it was almost empty. The manager came out promptly and sorted it but it kept losing water so we had to keep topping up. Be aware if you are driving as the Ferrage car park is often full and we were lucky to get a space. If you can manage to park there it is very close to the apartment.

Beautifully well-equipped and conveniently located near the Palais des Festivals & la Croisette.

Pros: The host was very flexible, providing us with an overview of the apartment and taking the time to inform us about the dos and don’ts. Check-in and check-out were smooth. She also respected all the appointments.

Great stay here for 6 adults and our dog. Roomy apartment with great balconies for outside dining or just relaxing.

Pros: Superb location, close to restaurants and the beach. Balcony areas were fantastic for breakfast or sitting out in the evening. It’s super quiet also, no noise of traffic. Apartment was equipped with everything that you needed to enjoy your stay. I would recommend this apartment.

I fully recommend it. Will book it for my next trip to Cannes again.

Pros: The location is great. The apartment is perfectly equipped. It is very comfortable and clean, with two wonderful terraces.

A wonderful Week in Cannes

Pros: The perfect location in the heart of Cannes. Super close to all the shops, restaurants & bars. The apartment was spotless, we loved having both balconies and the hot tub was a massive bonus. Don't be put off by the bathroom situation... even though it's not shown in the pics there is a completely separate WV, so if you are going with friends don't panic they won't need to walk through your bedroom to use the open plan bathroom! The Apartment Managers were lovely and so helpful - super impressed. Looking forward to resisting next year! 100% recommended.

Overall we loved the stay

Pros: The location was perfect, very close to the Croisette embankment and the casino. Loved two terraces on each side of the apartment and the jacuzzi. All the amenities were provided in the apartment everything worked well.

Cons: Was a bit dirty, especially the floors on the day of our checking in

Pros: Super zentral, schöne Terrassen, abends sehr ruhig. Für große Autos (SUV) gibt es ein Parkhaus 10 min entfernt. Haben für 10 Tage 95€ bezahlt (24/7 ein- und ausfahren möglich, TOP)

Cons: Wir haben schon darauf hingewiesen, dass neue Pfannen empfehlenswert wären und evtl. Insektenschutz in den Schlafräumen.

Pros: L’appartamento è meraviglioso, comodissimo e in pieno centro. Attrezzato con tutti i comfort, ristrutturato di recente e con due meravigliose terrazze. Lo staff gentilissimo

Cons: Federe e lenzuola non pulitissime. L’entrata in piazzetta purtroppo mal frequentata

Bravo aux propriétaires de proposer leur magnifique bien à la location

Pros: De très belles prestations pour cet appartement tant dans le confort que la déco.

Cons: 1 seul jeu de clés, un peu juste pour 4 personnes!
