Spacious apartment next to the water, easy walking distance to the downtown sites

Pros: We stayed here over new years and it was a great spot for us. Very close to the downtown sites and waterfront. Apartment is large, spacious, well stocked, and comfortable. Being right on the water and being able to hear the waves from your room is very nice. Host is very responsive and accommodating. We hope to return here.

Cons: No issues for us.

As regular visitors to the area, I will be doing my best to secure this apartment when we do

Pros: Location was perfect.Apartment was spotless, extremely bright and spacious with a beautiful sea view.Really well equipped with everything that might be needed.Good WiFi.Very homely feel with 2 large balconies.

Cons: There was nothing that we didn’t like.The only thing I would say is that there is traffic noise as you are on the main road into Cannes.It’s not something that bothered us at all, but if you are sensitive to that noise at night, it is something to be aware of at the front of the apartment.There are 2 other rooms to the rear that are on the quiet side. This is not a negative by any means, just something to note

Pros: The apartment was amazing. Big, bright, and very clean. In one of the bedrooms you can hear the sound of the waves and fall asleep to that. Truly amazing

Good fun lots of laughs great location

Pros: Very spacious all great size rooms, the view was so amazing from the balcony and in walking distance of lots of good eating places and main attractions shops bars. 3/4 hour from Nice we used Didier he was amazing and recommended by Maeve who met us at the apartment on our arrival 5 ladies on a birthday treat it was very good. Good stay. Everyone enjoyed.

Pros: Great location with parking. Comfortable and easy for a group of 6.

Cons: Bathroom layouts made it a bit inconvenient for the guests using the bedroom next to the kitchen. Not too much of a problem.

Pros: Wow!! A large and amazing apartment, a relaxing view and a quiet environment. Great location 7 minutes walk from the city center. The hosts were kind and available, the instructions for entering the apartment are simple and clear.

Cons: I don’t see why the property/management owners can’t clear the bins themselves. as a lot of money is paid for the stay. I am paying for a service, not for it to be done by myself. But maybe that’s just the way they do things in Cannes.
